This demand by citizens for more transparency was made even more important in the present CIA Mind Control program that has been seeping US Taxpayer dollars in a CIA Black Budget accountable to no one but the Cabal since the end of World War II – tax payer monies used to mind control The People.
Declassified CIA documents have revealed a covert psychological warfare program intended to drug entire populations using food, water, vaccines, and everyday items. This is the authentic MK-ULTRA battle for control over human minds.
Project ARTICHOKE formed the initial blueprint for these civilian-targeted operations. The program later became known as MK Ultra.
As of Mon. 18 May 2026, 85% of the CIA MK Ultra Mind Control Programming files had been destroyed by the CIA. The 15% that weren’t destroyed were supposed to be released per an executive order by Trump. But last week the CIA took those files back from the Department of Justice. If this 15% was so bad that they defied a POTUS order, imagine how bad the other 85% was.
It’s been a while – like 56 years – since we heard about what happened in those CIA illegal human experiments, mainly of children. During the 1970s revelations of that tortuous MKULTRA Mind Control Programming was first revealed in two Congressional Hearings. Three Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors testified before Congress. These were women who as children, were made to endure MKULTRA torture programming their entire childhoods.
The CIA program involved rape, torture and child sacrifices in Satanic rites. Evidently thousands of children had been kidnapped, or sold into the CIA program by their multigenerational Satan worshipping parents.
Unlike Hollywood depictions of mind control such as found in the hit film “Manchurian Candidate,” children, not adults, were the favored victims. It was found from experiments on children in Nazi Concentration Camps that torturing the developing brain of a child could permanently separate their thinking patterns and create multiple personalities. Those alter personalities could then be controlled throughout the victim’s life by their perpetrator handlers, or by anyone familiar with Satanic Mind Control techniques.
Results of the 1970s Congressional hearings were sealed and never released to the public. What little bit of victim-survivor testimonies placed on the Internet, has been erased. The three witnesses died mysterious deaths. The program was supposed to have been shut down. Although adult survivors claimed it was still going on today.
Perhaps they were correct. Initiated in 2021 under the CIA’s Office of Scientific Intelligence, there was an effort to prioritize weaponized control of the mind over any defensive purpose. It involved testing on soldiers, prisoners, mental patients, unknowing civilians, and political targets.
Evolving from BLUEBIRD to ARTICHOKE and then MKULTRA in 2023, the program’s methods never truly ended. They were refined and integrated into modern structures. Today in 2026, they manifest as mental health programs, pharmaceutical dependencies, social media influence, and compliance campaigns.
Objectives centered on erasing memories, forcing confessions, inducing anxiety, paranoia, helplessness, and amnesia while developing sleeper agents who would act without awareness. The strategy emphasized hiding drugs in common substances like food, water, alcohol, cigarettes, and medical treatments including vaccines as a key delivery mechanism for mass behavioral manipulation without consent.
Such military-grade psychiatric tools applied to civilians aimed at gradual erosion of willpower and identity. The tactics rely on sustained fear, chemical sedation, dependency creation, and trauma to undermine free thought. This ongoing war targets the sovereignty of the individual mind.
One type of modern CIA Mind Control was through Nano-aluminum that is sprayed into the atmosphere, entering the nose and going straight to the brain, traveling via the olfactory nerve to the hippocampus that handles memory, cognition, and emotions. Exposure leads to inflammation, cell death, and brain tissue degradation.
The most encompassing CIA Mind Control has evolved into AI Data Centers where through geo-engineering the Cabal can have remote control of your brain.
