President Trump, as Commander In Chief and under Article II of the US Constitution, declared the Restoration of the American Republic, Common Law Sovereignty and Martial Law, while he dissolved the privately owned by Deep State Satan Worshipping treasonous Cabal bankers’ corporation, US Inc.
From that day forward, by lawful command under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), every flag officer of the United States Armed Forces by oath and by law, was bound to obey lawful orders of Commander In Chief Donald Trump.
All military outposts and operations abroad that were established under British Commonwealth or foreign dominion would be lawfully closed or transferred, securing America’s independence in full.
The U.S. was now a sovereign Constitutional Republic — no more foreign rule. The era of foreign manipulation, unconstitutional governance, and globalist occupation was over.
This Declaration of Authority and Summons, issued and signed directly by Trump, marked the end of Admiralty Law rule and the rebirth of the Constitutional Republic.

Fri. 24 April 2026 Maui Hawaii’s former Chief of Staff has filed a new lawsuit against Mayor Richard Bissen and the County of Maui alleging grant fraud, retaliation, and wrongful termination – and the tormented native Hawaiians who were still homeless and jobless from Aug. 2023 fires, were being made to pay for thousands in legal fees.
It wasn’t enough that apparently the Deep State sent DEW bombs that disseminated Lahaina and other native villages on the island of Maui Hawaii on 8 Aug. 2023. It was highly suspected that the culprits wanted to use the very valuable land – that was the Capitol of the native’s Kingdom of Hawaii – to build a “Smart City” where the Cabal could control the population.
It wasn’t enough that many native Hawaiian children and adults were burned alive and outright killed by FEMA workers during the manmade fires, while over 1,200 children and teens went missing and were still unaccounted for.
It wasn’t enough that the fires destroyed 2,207 homes and displaced over 5,000 victims, 4,500 of whom were still homeless, with over 2,500 victims still living on the beaches three year later.
It wasn’t enough that donated money was used to build a handful of temporary homes – that the Democratic government charged high fees for victims to rent.
It wasn’t enough that the Democratic government funding to feed homeless victims ran out years ago.
It wasn’t enough that the Democratic government has only allowed 169 homes to be rebuilt, with 2,038 not rebuilt, while only 310 have been allowed to go through the permit process and 1,728 unaccounted for.
It wasn’t enough that the homeless natives were being refused permits to build on their own land handed down to them from their forefathers because the Democratic government wouldn’t recognize their deeds to the land.
No, that wasn’t enough for the Democratic government. Now Maui’s mayor Richard Bissen has been brought into court charged with grant fraud. Back in March of 2024 Bissen was tied to a grant for more than $45,000 for a company that didn’t exist and another grant of almost the same amount that went to his personal family.
