Madonna, Watch Your Back: Single Mothers and their Kids at Risk from Child Traffickers

Could Madonna and Supermodel Monica Cruz be locked up as their children are given to Unabomber Ted Kaczynski to sell into the human trafficking market?

Seems ridiculous, right?   After all, unless there is something the public doesn’t know, Ted Kaczynski is not the father and Madonna and Monica have done nothing wrong to be stripped of their parenting rights.  But wait, in California, you don’t have to prove biological paternity to be declared the father.  Further, in California’s courts, being a good mother who opposes childhood sex is grounds to be stripped of your rights.  But don’t worry, Monica, Ted and Madonna are New York residents.  Oops. No relief there.  In California, judges are grabbing jurisdiction from the states where children and parents reside so they can give custody to unrelated child sex traffickers who also don’t reside in California.  And if the mothers object to their little ones having sex, California judges remove their rights, placing them on monitored visits or locking them up while their kids are trafficked by non-relatives to human trafficking hubs around the globe.  Unbelievable?  Well not to the mothers who hope to one day see their kids again.

California used to be known as the Sunshine State.   But California has gone from skimpy bikinis to the state where engaging in sex and sodomy with children is a definite plus in gaining full custody of those children.  Ask Lexi Dillon, a nine year old girl who begged to be free from her foreign rich abuser and his family.  The Tustin Police even tried to arrest Lexi’s rich abuser on multiple counts of sex with the child before he fled the country to avoid incarceration.  Yet, while rape and sodomy were acceptable parenting practices to Lexi’s Orange County judges, those same judges punished the mother for taking the child to a doctor and for letting the child talk to the police.  For trying to help her daughter, Lexi’s mother lost custody of her daughter while the judge officially authorized the removal of the American child from the U.S. into the hands of the foreigner.  It didn’t even matter if he had plans to share her with other foreigners, presumably in Thailand where he had citizenship, If Lexi’s childhood duties just involved satisfying her father’s sexual pleasure, why did he take and upload the thousand or so naked photos of little Lexi onto his computer?  Though the Tustin police thought uploading naked photos of kids was illegal, the Orange County District Attorney thought otherwise and blocked the search warrant for the computer.   In practice, in the California Courts, sodomy with children and child pornography are A-OK but taking your child to a doctor or to the police is judicial grounds for never seeing your child again.   Yes, like the crimes of the Unabomber, those reportedly committed by the man who got full custody of Lexi would be enough for multiple life sentences but not enough to block custodial and sex trafficking rights.  And as for doctors and professionals who verify the abuse, their testimony is routinely excluded in California.  In Orange County, those professionals and doctors are threatened with loss of their license for coming forward with the documentation of the abuse.

But Unabomber has never been married to Monica or Madonna and he is not on the birth certificate.  He likely could not pass an official paternity test as he was in prison when their children were conceived. .  Under rulings in the Jonah Rief case, that’s no problem.   In that case, the person who got custody was never married to Jonah’s mother and his name was nowhere on the birth certificate. He was not even in the country at the time of conception.  He never took any official paternity test – though the mother tried to serve him with an order from her home state of Alabama.  That court order required him to take such a test and he refused.  He even admitted to medical and federal officials he was not the father.  No problem where California is concerned.  San Diego’s Judge Gregory Pollack ordered full custody to the non-father and authorized him to take Jonah out of the country.  A fake passport was prepared for the boy, which falsely identified an unrelated woman as the mother and it was “Bye-bye, America,” for the Alabama boy. Son of San, the door is open to you.  Sorry Madonna.  Sorry Monica.

But what about the rights of the father when a non-father gets full custody and trafficking rights without any showing of paternity?  Jonah Rief’s father is likely wondering that too.  It seems that the trafficker in that case refused to take an official paternity test.  He side-stepped the issue by claiming he and the mother, a single woman who had never been married, had gotten divorced.  How do you get divorced if you were never married?  A simple false claim of marriage in California courts is enough to cut off the father’s rights of the real father.   In the case of Jonah Rief, Judge Pollack stated in court, “I don’t care if somebody else is the father. I am going to make Brian Sullivan be the father.”  In response to the Alabama order for a paternity test, Judge Pollack stated that if a DNA test showed Sullivan was not the father, “I [Pollack] will contest that DNA test.”  Pollack worked hard to make sure that nothing could mess up the non-father’s rights by authorizing him to remove the boy from the country.  Jonah Rief was last seen in Australia a day after his removal from the United States was authorized. 

But you argue that Monica, Madonna live in New York and so do the children and the Unabomber resides in ADX Prison in Florence, Colorado.  No problem for judges like Gregory Pollack and Eugenia Eyherabide. Jonah Rief and his mother lived in Alabama with the mother’s parents. Before Eyherabide and Pollack gave parental rights to a Colorado man, Judge Eyherabide acknowledged, on the record, that California did not have jurisdiction.  Alabama had declared the mother the only proven parent and ordered her not to take the boy to California. Of course, that meant that California could issue a warrant for her arrest in spite of a complete lack of jurisdiction.

Unabomber is not a nice guy. Likewise, there are witnesses that the non-parent who got custody of Jonah abused the boy.  While in his care, the boy acquired rope burns, bruises and anal injuries.  The boy spoke with police and others about extensive sexual abuse and satanic rituals.  The non-father uploaded naked pictures of Jonah onto the net, which was apparently A-OK with California judges.  Prior to getting the boy, the non-father or someone on his behalf also put misleading videos of the boy onto YouTube, encouraging others to kidnap the boy from his mother.  An Alabama judge issued a protective order protecting the boy and the mother in response to the kidnapping solicitation from the non-father.

So what happens when you are an unwed mother and refuse to turn over your child to a documented child molester who is not the father and won’t even take a legitimate paternity test?  What are the risks when you trust rulings from your state that has given you custody and you ignore California’s lack of jurisdiction?  In the case of Jonah’s mother, she was dragged back to California and locked up for over a year and a half, 91 days of which was in solitary confinement.  So, maybe if Unabomber chooses to obtain the services of California courts in sending Monica’s and Madonna’s kids to foreign lands, he will be able to rest assured that the mothers and real fathers can do absolutely nothing as California can drag them back and put them behind bars for years if Monica and Madonna even try to protect their children.  Will California judges ever be held accountable for these ongoing practices?

Jonah Rief’s and Lexi Dillon’s cases are just two involving the human trafficking of American kids through the California court system.    Kelly Rutherford of the Gilmore Girls and Briscoe County also lost her kids to a foreigner through the California courts.   When will the nation hold California accountable for its non-jurisdictional child trafficking practices?  When will California and American leaders do their jobs and turn California from the judicial trafficking hub of the nation back into the Sunshine State?
