Rick Perry became Lieutenant Governor on January 19, 1999 eleven days after Lee Allen wrote then Governor George W. As President of the Senate establishes all special and standing committees, Assigns all Senate legislation to the committee of his or her choice. also decides all questions of Parliamentary Procedures in the Senate. He or She also has broad discretion in following Procedural Rules and answers to no one.
The State Of Texas and all that adopted the the “Unconstitutional Illegal Laws” passed in Texas UCC 1-308 without protest or under protest 2-21-1871. “Common Law” protects me. I am the power and I hold Texas and all states that adopted it’s policies to account for their manipulations.
Texas is one of the few states that vests significant power in the office of the Lieutenant Governor, making it among the most influential, By contrast, The Lieutenant Governor position in other states has few (if any) legislative responsibilities, Akin to the Vice President of the United States. The consequence is that the Governor Of Texas is weaker than other states Governor.
Rick Perry was the shortest serving Lieutenant Governor in history, Now in possession of a gold mine from Governor Bush, something that did not exist placed illegally in a public domain without due process. in December of 2000 he became Governor. Bush became President January 20, 2001 with full knowledge of what was done successfully placing INSURGARD in the Deep State.
On September 11, 2001 9 months after taking office planes struck in New York a state of emergency and derogation order issued. “Derogation is only allowed when there is a “war or other public emergency threatening the life of the nation”. The ECHR states that the government cannot deprive any person of their liberty without due process of law. Most people don’t know that, But I did. I also have original documents that they had no idea i had. Current Governor Gregg Abbott knows and agrees i should be paid. but, he wants me to take him to court.
