The devil bank robbers VERY BAD PERSONS say they are taking money from 50 persons times 8 areas of The San Fernando Valley, California, and say they do that to them because they hate the way they spent money and log it and write notes and vote, and they hate over nice Moms buying household items who buy a lot a once at places like Target Big Lots, etc. they hate them when they spend two hundred dollars of their hard earned money by a list all planned usually, and they hate them buying a bunch of crap for their family home, To make their house a Home, the great moms in America they loathe, and say they spent too dam stinken much thats frivilious spendin to them, thats not necessary or needed, they should have made due gotten by with what they had, and not bought so much stuff at once, that makes them so sick they buy alot at once, and lie they do it without thinking to set them up to rob their pay from them and keep stealing it from then on and never stop because they hate the ones who are like that who go out and load up a shopping cart to buy things for the whole house that they say that they say do not need, and they lie its a waste of money when its their hard earned money they want to spend to make their home nice for their family, and the Moms may buy rugs, place mats, picture frames, vases, and things that will match their decorating scheme, and they may stock up on wrapping paper, gift bags, and also buy things they like that are a great price, and buy for the whole year often this way, and get a lot done, and feel they saved hundreds of dollars buying alot at once, and they may shop in bulk at Costco also, to stock up, and they buy clothes on sale forty percent off etc to save money and to have their closet set to wear nice clothes to make money, and feel so great at all they got accomplished and at the money they saved and the time they saved, and go home and happily put the rugs in the kitchen and bathroom, flowers from their yard in the vase they bought, happily frame family photos and put the soap in a new soap dish, and feel great making their house a home, and put wrapping paper and gift bags in a drawer, and feel glad they are stocked up to wrap presents for their childrens Birthdays and Christmas and for friends gifts, and try on clothes they bought , put outfits together, and see what they can wear with what they already have, and write a list of what they are missing and need, and feel good they got outfits set and a list for the next time they are at a mall, as they are ones who plan ahead save time energy and money by the way they do things, and these are the ones they hate the ones who are so smart with money, where if you divide it up by 12 months you could see they spent two hundred on clothes a month for the whole family four hundred on food a month etc. and saved hundreds on gift bags and wrapping paper and by buying in bulk and by shopping for things on sale etc. and they lie thats frivilous spendin on things not necessary or needed they lie they are out buying a bunch of crap without thinking, and they set them up by lying about what they are doing and they do not divide the amounts by 12 months to see what are they really spending, as you would have to total receipts for food for clothes and divide it by 12 to see, and they say they buy a couple outfits or a top at a time throw them out, and buy new outfits two months later, and they do not invest in a wardrobe, in mix and match seperates that you can wear for years as many buy basics and build up a closet, and save money and time this way, and they hate them for being that way, they think they should not spend any time trying clothes on, they say any extra time should be spent cleaning and mopping, when the moms they hate are many who pay a maid, they pay a maid and spend their time working and making money to pay the household bills as many are single moms they hate and frame, who do alot fast, and save time and energy and do a million things at once, and are so happy if they buy 20 things they need at the same time at Big Lots,etc and feel they got so so much done, and they hate single moms and unwed moms, and frame many pregnant moms, they hate moms who breast feed, they set up moms they hate to their CPS Secret Court house and lie they got spendin problems, they spent too much money without thinkin, they had frivilous spendin on things that were not necessary or needed, they should have gotten by and made due and not spent that money the devils say when its the moms money they Beyond, and they write off their mortgage interest on their taxes and look at the big picture what are they spending in the long run? divide it by 12 is how you know what someone spent, and they moms they hate may spend $80 or less at the market a week cook 3 meals a day or cook dinner half the week spend $50.00 a week eating at restaurants on food to go, and they spend probably $500.00 a month total, and the liars who frame them spend $1,500 a month on food and restaurants or more their shopping carts are many that are often loaded up to the top. and they spend $500.00 to $1,000.00 a spend in the long run, and they buy clothes and household items at once for the whole year, and that would be divided by 12 months or 5 years even, and they save money buying a lot at once, and buy When CPS DCFS is the wrong place, the wrong Government Agency as thats for parenting not money spending issues and readings say they do this to alot of parents, they say they set up case files because of the way they spent money, and set them up secretly by lying and fraud behind the parents back, who its never mentioned to, they do not ask them one question about income or bills or spending, and say they sent up a case file because of money? My readings say they do this to take their money and lie they are very bad persons because of the way they spent money too fast on too much, so they take their money because of the way they were spending when they are very good persons who spent their money they worked hard for on their family as good parents.

Readings say they lie if they get a second equity loan on their house or refinance or consolodate debt with a new loan that that’s swindling, and free money when they are consolidating to lower their monthly bills, or spending money to update their house for an appraisal to refinance to lower their monthly payment, when they update their house to sell it to make more money on the sales price, when they buy alot of clothes with a discount at a sale and buy furniture at a close out sale, and all they do to save money they lie is bad, and they lie they have frivilous spending on too many expenditures that were not necessary of needed, they say they should have gotten by and made due with what they had, and they lie they spent too much money without thinking when its all planned.

Readings say they did this to me and rob my money for over 19 years by secret lies, and that they do this to many, and set up nice parents to CPS DCFS and say its because of money? and they do this to great parents who make good money they spend on their family and misinterput everything they do, that is for a reason.

I got a Real Estate Liscense in 1999 and sold many homes and estates and made a great living as a single mom realtor.

In 2001 my mom I showed my mom properties to see if she wanted to buy one and live near us, and she said ” no, I want to live with you and your kids” I told her I would sell the two story house and buy a one story for her to live with us. I shopped for a one story or house with a bedroom and bath down on the MLS real estate program from 2001 to 2005 til I bought a one story house. I wrote 5 offers on houses before then that were Contingent on selling the two story house, that were not accepted, so I decided in 2004 that 2005 is the year To Sell and Buy, therefore I decided to refiance to take out 20 grand to do carpet, paint, tile, to the two story house to Sell it, which is very standard for a homeowner to do when they List their house. I got the refiance money in Jan or Feb 2005, and made my list, my budget, carpet, paint, tile etc. and added it up of course with a calculator, and went to a Carpet Store and got samples, and the tile store, and I got paint samples, got an estimate for the work to be done, and had the paint, smooth ceilings, tiled kitchen and new carpet installed in Feb. 2005, and spent about $18,000.00 as planned to List the house and to Sell it to buy another house, and I knew I would make more on the Sale Price by the $18,000.00 I spent, and probably doubled that money or more, and I wanted it to sell obviously and not have it sit there for years without an offer due to original fake wood kitchen counters, and cottage cheese ceilings and 8 year old carpet. I did not want to list my house as As Is needs updating, I wanted it to say ” New Paint, Smooth Ceilings, New Tile in The Kitchen, New Carpet!” to Sell it to buy another house, and did all I planned that went very well, and I got the work done by a paint and tile plaster crew in about 10 days in Feb 2005.
My readings say they would lie ” she spent money too quick without thinking, that’s frivilous spending” and they would lie ” that was not needed or necessary to get a refi, thats free money, swindling, a very bad person” and frame many people who do good things for their family lives with these lie.

In April 2005 I saw a house listed on the MLS that was perfect for my family, a one story, around 2500 square feet in our same City we had lived in since 1997, same School District, perfect location where I sold many homes and estates, and near my daughters Schools, and near their Dad also, and Location Location Location! is what realtors always say is very important. I knew the house already as I had shown a house on that Street to a buyer, so I knew all about the house that matched my buyers criteria from the MLS, as that is how realtors shop for houses, on the Mulitiple Listing Service on the internet. Then the perfect house went into escrow. In the middle of May 2005 it showed up as BOM means Back on Market, and I saw it and thought thats the house I wanted to see, and saw an Open House Sign on the corner that day, went in, loved it, wrote an offer that was accepted and bought the house. I got a swing loan on my two story house to buy it, I borrowed my equity from my two story house and deposited my money into Downey Savings, then I transferred my money into my checking Nancy Fox, and bought the one story with my two story house money and I made 150 grand selling homes in 2005 also, and I made 140 grand selling homes in 2004 as a single mom realtor working 3/4 days, and planned to double my income when my daughters were adults, 18 and over. and that is what a Neg Am loan is for, an ajustable mortgage loan is to keep your payment low, and its for people who have a business they plan to make more money at later, so that was perfect for me as I planned to double my realtor income to $300,000.00 a year and would have in 2009 but I was set up to DCFS that ruined all the plans, and it ruined our happy home life and all I worked so hard for for many years and I have I D theft, as this victimizing has gone on 19 years. So I bought the one story house with my two story house equity money by a swing loan, bridge loan, and my real estate income, and I had it updated before we moved in, as I was shopping for a dated original house to update it to make it the way I wanted it, as people either buy a house thats updated and pay for it in the Sales Price or buy a dated house and update it themselves, so I had distressed hardwood flooring put in, and pavers, and remodeled the guest bath, and got measurements from the tile person for pavers, and went to Home Depot with measurments, a list, and bought what was needed, and the point is this was very planned, budgeted, calculated, and I bought what I wanted to buy with my money for the home I bought that I planned to never move from, I planned for it to be the last house I would ever buy.

My readings say they framed me with my own money I spent on my two houses I owned when it was normal home owner Selling and Buying spending.

My readings say they lied secretly and lied ” she did all that without thinking spent too much money too fast” and lied ” she funneled money into her account, she kiked money, thats free money, shes a swindler” etc. about normal house updating, selling and buying. When I invested my owned money into my property as a nice mother and a good home owner, and a hard worker who spent alot of time, energy, and money doing this work all planned, calculated, budgeted for, and my payment was $3,000.00 a month and a $100.00 second loan payment, all normal in real estate for home owners. I ran my Sellers Net Sheet on the MLS my Buyers Net Sheet and had the amounts of what I would make selling, what I would spend buying, and it was all very calculated and planned out by me The Realtor, the Seller and The Buyer.

In fall 2007 I wanted to refinance my loan, and I was advised to upate the house some more, to go to Home Goods and buy decorative items for the Appraisal for the refi, so I followed this advice the mortgage broker team gave me, and did more updating to the one story house, bought a lamp etc at Home Goods and spent about $3,500.00 updating the house in fall 2007 for the Appraisal, I also painted two rooms myself and this was to get a lower payment as I heard there would be a Slow in the Real Estate Market for the next coming year, and I told my mother, and she said ” I will get you a loan, my house is worth alot” and she got a loan in fall 2007 as she planned to live in the one story house and thats the reason I bought it, and that time was coming soon as she was getting older, so I was not worried about her getting a loan for $120,000.00 for me to borrow from to ride out the slow real estate market for a year as I at that time I knew she will be renting her house out soon or selling it, and the payment was about $120.00 a month that I paid to the Wacovia Branch in person in North Ranch by my hand written check, and I used the equity loan she got on her house to consolidate debt, to pay things off, for the refinance and to lower my monthly bills, and paid off Real Estate advertising money off on a credit card, private money loans two friends got me to earn interest, as many did this when I was a realtor, many will loan people money for interest they earn, thats more then they would make with money in a bank, so I had two parties I paid off as I did not want the payments, and I consolidated debt and lowered my monthly bills in fall 2007 to prepare for the Global Financial Crisis that was that next coming year, from fall 2007 to spring 2009 was how long the Global Financial Crisis lasted, and I stretched out the Wavocia Loan until spring 09 as planned, and this was smart planning for my family, for my monthly bills, to keep my realtor business going, and for the house my mom planned to live in with us, instead of an elder care home that would have cost at least a million is what I thought, shes going to live under our roof and make money renting her house or sell it for close to a million, so financially it all made ALOT of sense and I did not want her to go to an elder care I wanted to take care of her myself, and thats the reason I sold and bought a one story house in 2005 so in 2007 she got me a loan to borrow from to ride out the slow real estate year and no one could get a loan to buy a house in 2008, and I consolidated debt and probably lowered my monthly nut about $500.00 in fall 2007 this was all very smart financial planning I did as a Single Mom Realtor and A Devoted Daughter all for my Family.

Readings say the gang stalkers framed me with that, and lied shes spending too much money too fast and not thinking, and thats frivilous spending, and she borrowed money thats not necessary etc. when it was all a financial plan and no ones business to be in.

They frame nice parents to CPS DCFS by calliing and lying about what a nice Mom is doing, they first frame them secretly to the CPS Secret Court by lies in logs they write zipping around homes on patrol and by fraud reports that say ” that bad mom spent too much money without thinking thats a very bad person, she had frivilous spending on too many expenditures that were not necessary or needed, she should have made due gotten by and not spent so much on crap, and thats free money shes funneling into her checking account, shes kiking money, shes swindler, we are setting that bad mom up who spent too dam stinken much to our CPS Secret Court a hearin then takin those papers to banks, and lying this mom has a problem with money so we need to put it in another account, we are runnin that family trust fund account a money” They take framing and fraud about why and what a mom spent money on, to banks, and post offices, then steal their mail and deposit it in secret bank accounts, then mortgage brokers tell banks they work for they are helping familys out by transferring money etc. Then the Patroling Women who zip around by 5 an hour lie to a CPS DCFS office at the same time to frame a nice Parent to be a not needed case file and say ” it’s due to money and the way they were spendin” when the way a person spends money has nothing to do with parenting.

They are the ones who ruin parents incomes, they steal their mail and money from it right out of their mail boxes on a post, and steal bundles of mail at post offices, and sit around opening other peoples mail and say they take the contents out, deposit it in accounts, and lie thats their pay for coverin, and they bug mothers phones steal 7 work calls a day, steal their paypal cash app venmo by hacking, and never stop.

In 2008 Fall I was doing Angel Board psychic channeling readings asking who is stalking? and it spelled out ” You were framed by 10 liars to a CPS Ventura County Case Worker” and I never heard of this but I believe it meant the CPS Secret Court, then I was framed to DCFS in Spring 2009, and stalkers had stalked, vandalized, stole, probably did a cat napping etc obviously all to take a nice hard working Single Mom down to set me up to DCFS to then do I D Theft, and its nearly 2 decades of this and its long enough.
