I am going to admit I finally listened to an interview that was balanced and unbiased about the candidates. It was refreshing to see people discuss the what I call the two evils and balance their discussion to try to discuss the strengths of each, the weakness of each, the character flaws of each, and in the scheme of world events how each character could potentially impact relationships with other leaders.
I was shocked by two things.
1. Steve Bannon disclosed Trump was not going to concede and knew that before election day. So these four years people have paid trump for his claim of theft, he wasn’t going to concede even if there was no theft.
2. Was character based. It was something about ( meaning I’m giving my words to what I heard without quoting it exactly) something about a real estate person new of Trump and described him like this, saying trump was the kind of guy that would borrow one million dollars from you and later on call you and offer to pay you three hundred thousand. He would say, I’ll give you three hundred thousand or sue me. The person who loaned the money would realize it would cost them one million…
…it would cost them one million dollars to sue trump. (This is the end of my mention of that discussion)
Those negotiation skills may be workable with someone in power and may mean war with someone in power so how do we know if this character trait is the best for us now? We won’t.
