The first video was full of great information, thanks for posting. I have watched videos on YouTube of people who are basically smart kids riding those electric bikes around down in those Los Angeles tunnels. I mean they squeeze into the passages through the massive concrete storm drains, they have sophisticated lighting systems and good video cameras, with extra batteries for everything. They ride far and fast down in those tunnels and find small villages down there.
People living what seems like thousands of feet deep away from any risk of flooding, most of it seems to be empty however. I bet those tunnels are full of people now because of the fires.
