They also targeted single Moms with kids and unwed couples with kids when they move in a new house, during a time period when they are usually spending money on the house they sell, and on moving, and on what they need for the new home or apartment, and target many who refinance, who get second equity loans, and neg am loans to frame them to look like they cannot manage finances to lie they should get custody taken away due to the parents spending.
When a targeted family moves into a new property they place a spy cam on the porch over hang and over two doors inside, and bug the porches and lie they have to do a preliminary investigation by doing this, and they loop the bugging and write framing looped bugging reports to lie they need to do an in home investigation in the homes or apartments to see if a Mom is fit to be a Mother.
