My name is Nancy Gail Fox or Nancy G Fox aka Fox-Taylor and I restored my last name to Fox 20 years ago, and I never went by plain Taylor alone, and the house I bought in 2005 May June was not too much as I got loan approval for the purchase price with Countrywide Home Loans, and I had the money down, the fico score, and income and qualified to buy the house alone and I was not a young Mom with young kids, I was 45 years old, and they were 10 and 13 years old turning 11 and 14 soon and starting Middle School and High School soon and I bought a house for their teenage young adult years and for my Mother to live with us in the house instead of an elder care, and I told my Mom in 2001 I would sell my 2 story that had all the bedrooms upstairs and buy a 1 story for her to live with us and that I did not want her to go an elder care either, and she saw the house during escrow and absoluetly loved it and saw where her bedroom would be, and said ” I want to go on the house with you!” and I called my mortgage brokers right then, and told them and they said it would save me $330.00 a month if my Mom went on the house, so I could have bought it in my name alone and my payment would have been $3,3300.00 hundred a month and with my Mom being added I was told it would be around $3,000.00 a month, and thats why she was added to the house to save me $330.00 a month, and my mortgage payment ended up being $2,650.00 a month, and $100.00 for  my second loan, and the mortgage brokers said go to escrow with your Mom and add her to your purchase contract, and open an account with her at Downey because shes going on your house, and I put my $300,000.00 two story house equity swing loan money in that account, and bought the 1 story for about 1 million with my money, then I updated it with my money, and bought furnture for it with my money, and spent about $40.000.00 of my money updating it and $3,000.00 of my money on furniture and the plan was for her to live there when she needed to and to not live in an elder care.I shopped for the right house for 4 years before then from 2001 to 2005 and I wrote 5 offers on other houses before then, and I updated my 2 story at the same time to sell it to get a good price to have more money to buy another house and it was very planned out by me when I was a proffesional realtor of California selling and buying my own properties and I bought a house for my family with my money to have our happy family life there. In 2007 the real estate market started slowing down, and I had listings I was showing, and buyers I was previewing homes for and I had escrows and money coming, and I asked to borrow money in 2007, and she got money from her Charles Schwab and Citibank accounts and said ” I do not want you to pay me back because you are the one there for me if I need something, your the one I’m close with, I depend on you you depend on me and thats our secret pact, do not tell your siblings, I am doing this because you are such a Good Mom and a hard worker and the one who lives nearby if I need something” and she adomately said ” I do NOT want you to pay me back” so she gave me money in 07 when I asked to borrow it and that’s a fact, and she died July 5th, 2021 unfortunately and the plans we made for her old age were changed when she had memory loss, as she was diagnoised with it in the middle of 08, and stalkers stalked in 08 and in spring 09 a black cadalliac with tinted windows drove right next to my Toyota Highlander as my daughter to High School in spring 09 as said, and the stalkers scared me and my Mother would have moved in in 2008 but I was worried about the stalking and waiting to see what was going on before she moved to the suburbs from Sherman Oaks, and then I was outright lied about and set up in spring 09, and it ruined all the plans for her to move in and my daughters plans and my plans, and it ruined my 10 year real estate business income I had built up in the suburbs, as vandalism, a car break in theft, a probable cat napping, and stalking went on and after 4 years of this vicitimzing I was slandered and set up to DCFS, an over nice Mother whos a long time sober in AA and I was always said since I got sober in Feb 1985 ” I’m not going to worry about money, I turn the results of my footwork over to God, I trust God will provide” and readings say gang stalkers twisted this spiritual money saying around, I did not owe a second mortgage on the one story house that gang stalker preditor violator vulcher liar theif vandalizers ran us out of in 2009, as in 2012 the house foreclosed, and the house was in my name alone on Title Nancy Fox, as someone had my Mom Denise S Fox sign off title with dementia so it went into foreclosure, and I got the foreclosure notice in fall 2011 and it the foreclosure sale date which was in 2012, and when a house forecloses the Second Mortgage is not owed, it goes away. so there is and was no second mortgage owed on the house gang stalkers ran us out of by what they did, and they ruined my real estate income, and I would have sat there making $300,000.00 a year or more, as I had 4 listings and 2 sellers buying in the first half of 09 when I was set up to DCFS by lies that were DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE in 2009.
