In this context you can think of Strong’s Baca Grande Ranch as running a sort of “Thule Society” type of operation concerned with global governance, and the Dept of Energy was also involved both with with the non-humans at the ranch and Dulce plus the were members attending the forum. Bottom line here is that the DoE took over away from my friends the Lockheed involved communications with the non-humans shortly after I left LA. I know that the DoE is member with the Bilderberg, they came to me during one of the forums and talked to me and made sure I knew they were there. I know that the DoE is in control of the nuclear weapons at Cheyenne Mountain and I know that General LeMay was fine with the Bilderberg being in full control of the American Nuclear arsenal. Just a reminder that LeMay created the US Air Force and he created SAC and he created Cheyenne Mountain.
