Gang Stalkers On Hacking and Bugging Equipment Send Banks Fraud Liens When They Know Targeted Individuals Are Being Sent Money

1. Readings have said there have been fraud liens at banks,ups, fed ex etc. that my money and property is stolen by and that is may be canceled with truth and facts soon my readings have explained.
2. Readings say devils lurking who rob me are sitting on spy cam hacking bugging equipment waiting to change truth and facts that cancil their fraud lien to change it back to keep stealing money etc.

7. It lies they are taking her money due to her spending in fall 2007 as she did too much to her house too fast like she did in 2005. The truth is this was all real estate home owner planned updating I did that I budgeted for and planned out. In Fall 2007 I put it to do a streamline refinance on my house to lower my payment about $200.00 a month and to lock in to a new neg am loan for 5 to 10 years, as I was a real estate agent then and realtors were warned there was going to be a slow real estate market from 2007 to 2009 so I was preparing for this as a responsible person, a home ower and as a parent and daughter as I bought a one story in 2005 for my Mother to live with us in the house instead of an elder care, as she informed me in 2001 she wanted to live with my girls and I in her very old age, so I bought a one story to accomidate my Mother in 2005 when she was in her 80′s. My Mortgage brokers Regency Brokerage who got my Countrywide B of A loan approval to buy the house in 2005 said they could do a streamline refi which means your balance stays the same, and said I should update the house some more for the appraisal for the refinance they were doing in Sept 2007, so I paid painters to paint the exterior trim of the house, and do some crown molding and hand lights and to put 2 new sinks in cabinents in and I painted rooms inside myself also to prepare for the appraisal for the streamline refinance, and I wrote the painters a $5,000.00 check for the painting etc. as I ran across the check recently and the appraisal was Sept 18th 2007 in the morning around 10 am, I remember as I had a suprise party the night before for my daughters Birthday which is Sept 17th is why I remember the exact date and time of the apprasail. Readings say they are lying she spent too much too quick etc. when it was all very planned for a reason and its was advised to do by my Mortgage Brokers.

The fraud lien also lies she spent too much too fast in updates on two houses when this was all part of the selling and buying process all planned by me the home owner seller and the buyer of a property I bought as a realtor selling and buying and updating their own properties. I updated my two story to get good price selling it to buy another house with the money, and did what sellers and buyers do as normal, and I bought a dated original house that needed updating and planned the updates I would do the first time I saw it as a realtor and a past designer who knew what I could do to the original house to make it look great and updated it with some of my two story equity money all very planned out as a seller a buyer and a real estate proffesional expert in properties. I budgeted I would spend $40,000.00 updating the house I bought and did, and I budgeted I would spend $3,000.00 on furniture and I did and in Dec 04 I budgeted I would spend $20,000.00 updating the two story with new carpet,paint and tile and did what I planned in Feb 05 to list and sell the house, so it all planned out with my real estate expert know how, and went very well. Readings say liens say they are taking my money due to my spending in 2005 and 2007 fall when I spent my money the way I planned to spend it.

The fraud lien also says they are taking her money because of money she spent in early 2009 from the Wacovia loan, and that was all planned also, as I knew how much was left in the Wacovia loan my Mom got for me in fall 2007 to spend as I needed, as in fall 2007 I told her about the slow in the real estate market that would be in fall 2007 and in 2008, and she said in person ” oh I can get a loan for you” and did and the payment was only $120.00 a month and this was for me to get through a slow real estate year, and I knew what was left in early 2009 and planned to get the rest for bills, and my Mom and I got the money from Wacovia in Toluca Lake where we always did, and readings say a fraud lien lies she got money from Wacovia North Ranch that was not necessary or needed in early 2009, when I did no such thing. I dropped off my check a couple of times there to pay the $120.00 bill. Readings say a very fraud lien lies she got money so fast in early 09 she did not need at all so fast and just ran to Wacovia North Ranch to get it so quick to buy things she did not need again like she spent funds in 2005 and in fall 2007. When I spent Wacovia money on bills as I planned to do as a responsible person whos not an over spender in my life as I was always a high earner and always paid my bills starting at age 21 and I am not one to buy things I do not need so readings say they framed me to look like I have another personality when I am a big planner, and budgeter with a calculator and a list maker, and did very planned spending. In early 09 I had 4 real estate listings and 2 sellers were buying so I had alot of money on the horizon from work I did months and years before then as I always had money coming when I was a realtor, and the Wacovia loan was to get through a slow real estate year which is called The Global Financial Crisis period, and it was a frozen loan market year where buyers could not a get a loan to buy a house, and during 2008 my Mother got dementia and lost her drivers liscense, so I took several days a week off of selling real estate to drive my Mom around in Sherman Oaks from 9 am til 11:30 am so the Wacovia helped with this and turned out to be very necessary and needed for family reasons all for good purpose.

The fraud lien also lies she ran and bought a house so quick that cost far too much for a young single Mother just beginning in real estate when I was 45 years old and started in real estate in 1999 liscensed as Nancy G Fox-Taylor California Realtor and sold many homes. I did not just run out to buy a house quick which anyone should have known because my 2 story house was listed the first week of March 2005 and when a Seller is selling they are usually buying, so that would prove buying a house was planned by my house being listed, as the For Sale sign was out front and it was on realtor.com and in the Los Angeles Times Newspaper Real Estate Section. Readings say they lie she just bolted out and bought a house so quick on a whim without planning it etc when it was very planned by me a Seller and Buyer and as a realtor an expert. In 2001 when my Mom told me she wanted to live with us in her very old age I told her I would sell the 2 story because it had the bedrooms upstairs and I would buy a one story for her to live with us, so in 2001 I decided I wanted to find a one story home or bedroom bath down home with a spiritual ambiance, and said those words all the time to myself, and a hacienda one story with a clay tile roof, and thats what I shopped for everyday for 4 years on the real estate multiple listing service that shows new listings, current listings, price reductions, and the house I bought showed as a BOM that morning when I searched the MLS which means Back on the Market, and this was the middle of May 2005 and I had seen the house listed in April 2005 or March, and again my house was already listed. I wrote 5 offers before the house I bought, and one was in around 2002 that was a one story orginal house, 4 bedroom three car garage, adobe clay tile roof with a view of the Santa Monica mountains, a spirtual ambiance, it was similar to the house I bought in May 2005, so finding a house with a spirtual ambiance that met my buyers criteria was in the works for a long time. I wrote other offers on houses as I said that were contingent on selling the two story house that were not accepted, and thats why in 2004 I said I am doing new paint tile and getting new carpet put in to sell the house and to buy a house in 2005 which I did by a non contingent offer as I got swing loan from my two story to buy the one story house in May 2005 and it all went perfectly and was very planned.
