Nice Parents Are Being Framed All Over America To The CPS DCFS Secret Court

They say they do so called Investigations and Evaluations For The CPS DCFS Secret Court For The Entire Country, and send fraud frame-up wrong slanderous reports to banks, post offices, and authority’s readings say and say they tell many they are so professional doing exact time logs on whereabouts and on finances and mortgages etc. and the say in reports we do not see the following parents named as ones able to run a household as we see their bills exceed their income, and say they should loose full entire custody of their entire family based on bills paying, and late fees, and balances as we say they over extended themselves and should not be parenting as we say they will not be able to provide by their frivolous spending and because they shopped fast and bought alot of stuff they need not need, and we go by the in home investigators bugging done on family members talking and readings say IT IS LOOPED WITH A I VOICES THAT MIMIC THE PEOPLE TO FRAME THEM, and everything they do is to frame nice people, great nice good hard working American parents who would never ever have a CPS or DCFS case file. They say they go by house prices and apartment rental prices, and say they should have grinded the price down, and not paid full price and they lie they are wrong to do that when many pay full price for a property they love because they want it, and if they don’t someone else will, as I was a realtor for 10 years from 1999 to 2009 and if a buyer wants a house they house they often pay full price or over list price to get it,and offering less they might loose it, and paying fifty to a hundred thousand more for a house does not make a big difference in a payment, and that is why many buyers pay full price or over list price, and many renting also as they do not want someone to get a rental they want, and they lie that’s wrong, and lie its something to do with evaluating a parent when its not except to maybe say what a nice parent they got a nice home for their family, and readings say they also lie its wrong for someone to run in an open house and write an offer fast when thats how buyers get a house they want, and sometimes a person not even looking sees a great house with an open house sign out front and says Oh My God I Love That House! so they go in fall in love with it and say I want to write an offer I love it so much when they did not even plan on buying and thats an open house realtors dream to have a buyer walk in fall in love with the house and to write an offer with him or her to then give them a loan sheet to call a mortgage broker to see if they qualify and to then run and list the buyers house and that does happen in America and that is a dream come true to happen to see a great house a person loves, and to write an offer spontaneously and to feel so happy and say wow I am moving to a house I just happen to drive by and buy and I sold my house all unexpectedly meant to be, and this does happen in America for some lucky blessed people. Readings say these fake phony dishonest so called evaluators and pretend investigators lie a person who does that is very bad, and say no one should buy a house fast on a whim and offer full price when they should if they want the house or someone else might write an offer and they could loose out, and a parent who sees the perfect house for their family with great bedrooms for their kids and a nice yard to play in might grab it and say this is great for my children they will love it here, and do this as a nice parent, and many buy and rent on a whim by open house signs and thats why agents have them in front of property’s, and many think why not move up? this place is great, wow more square footage we need this, and many buy at an open house who have searched realtor.com for years and driven all over town looking for a house, and know a property they have seen on the internet is having an open house, so they go in and write an offer and already know all about it from the internet. These liars doing fake evaluations would lie they just ran in an open house and bought a house that cost too much on a whim without thinking and that was so dumb and stupid to do that, when the person is so happy they did that, and qualified and bought it, and they would lie it cost too much when it did not as they qualified for the mortgage, and readings say they target alot of people who buy and rent and frame them in fake evaluations full of slanderous lies and say they search everyday to see who sold and who bought to see who to set up, and say thats their frame up way they get criteria from a house sold and run credit checks and fast background checks and see how much they put down and estimate what their payment is thats a guess really as readings say they put the sale price in Zillow and put $100,000.00 down and an 8 % rate and a 15 or 30 year loan and lie this is the payment when its an estimate, as the buyers may have put more money down, got a lower interest rate and done a 40 year loan etc. and they lie they do Real Estate Mortgage Banking Investigations and Evaluations on Finances when they do not at all, the readings explain they guess and say things that make good people look bad, and lie they spent too much on furniture for the new house or apartment and say that stuff was not needed at all when nice parents buy furniture for their family to sit on for their family life and that is very normal to do in America, to buy a property or to rent a new property to then buy furniture for it, and if they are ones selling a home to buy another house then often have home equity they made selling they can spend on the new house, and this is nothing to do with parenting, except to say nice parents wanted a nice house or apartment for their kids and nice furniture for them to sit on, and what a person does thats good they frame them with it the readings say, and they say they do in home in depth background checks to see late fees, bill balances and old parking tickets paid, or not paid, and say see they look irresponsible with bill paying, and lie they cannot run their family household finances when they always have, and they say they fool people by the way they act so professional, and say see the Mom had late fees on her credit report, and say see she had outstanding bills due, and she did not pay the balance down but spent money shopping on Christmas gifts instead of paying off a bill and that would show what a very nice parent did, and they say they are trained to see how their bills look on the Quicken Bill Pay Program the main evaluator does as she writes in fake amounts to make bills look higher to run family’s out, and she lies its wrong to refinance and take money out to update a house to make more selling it when any smart real estate investor would know that is so smart to do instead of loosing money selling a home as is, and they lie they have found a lower purchase price and put more money down and got a fixed mortgage for 30 years when half the  buyers probably get neg am loans to keep payments low while their kids are young, and some put all their money in the bank and do 100 percent financing, and know they will refinance later or sell and make money on the property, and they might need the interest write off for their taxes, and many of the fake evaluators who do frame ups only see things their way, and they go by how they were raised in the olden days by what their parents did and think the old fashioned way is the only way to buy a house, and thats to pay a lower price then you qualify for to put every cent down and to not do one thing to the house, to not spend a dime on it, and to get a 20 or 30 year fixed rate loan you never change so your house is paid off for retirement age as many do this so when they are old they have no mortgage payment is why, and they think people should be concerned with their loan balances, and interest they pay in their lifetime, and so they lie people who put less down who get a neg am with a low payment who put cash in the bank instead of down on the house are bad, when they just do things a different way as I was a realtor for 10 years and many refinance neg am loans every 2 to 10 years, and keep their payment the same, and that just means when they sell someday or when their kids inherit the home there will be a loan balance to pay off at the sale time, and many see having a low neg am payment for a house they love like paying rent, their balance does not go down but they own it, and it can go up and up but the balance does not do down as all, and many get neg ams to keep their payment low for awhile knowing if it goes up their income will be higher then and many have alot of ways of doing creative finances, and gang stalkers hate them and think there is only one way, and again this is nothing do do with parenting, and readings say they sit around lying these people are very bad persons because of a property they bought when they could have bought a smaller less expensive place when they shopped for the square footage they bought and thats what they wanted and planned to buy, and they say they should have bought a smaller modest property with less yard as thats alot for water bills anyway and they should have bought a condo or town home with a cement patio instead, and lie about real estate purchase by idiots who do not know what they are talking about at all, as many they target buy nice homes and planned to and they act like they should be buying what many call a starter home, and thats a small house usually the first house a family buys, and thats often from a rental or condo or town home they sell then move up to a starter home, then often to a larger home, and buying a condo or town home would be going backwards, and with that you have HOA dues impounded property taxes and your monthly nut is alot higher often in a condo or town home then a free standing house or it was when I was a realtor a long time ago,so buying a free standing home may be less money each month, and also some have no HOA dues, and I did alot of Buyer Net Sheets as a realtor for 10 years and know, and I using my real estate know how from the past in this prophet article as readings say they are targeting family’s who move into a nice house or apartment they qualified for, and frame them to take custody away because they think they should have bought a smaller more modest house and put more money down to have a lower loan balance when they were not planning to do that, they were planning to buy a bigger house and put money in the bank for reserves and some plan to update their houses and make money on them later, and some plan to down size and move by their children when they are grown ups with their own family’s, and everyone makes their own plan as its a Free Country In America, its supposed to be.
