They target Mothers mostly who filed for divorce and who are unwed.
Papers are filed at banks that say there is a CPS Secret Court Investigation, and parents money is taken this way who are Targeted in America.
The States named that they do this in are California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio and New York.
Readings say the CPS Secret Court is based around the County Line in The Conejo Valley who frame parents all over the Country who are not child endangering.
They lie they need to a do preliminary investigation on a family by bugging porches.
