I started going to Alanon in 1997 and thats where I learned do not gossip, do not back stab people, don’t speak ill of others, don’t cause drama, and don’t engage in conversations with mean irrational people, such as people trying to start an arguement, I learned detach, keep them at arms length and don’t bite back, do not escalate them. In Alanon I was taught keep your eyes on yourself, look in the mirror, what can you change about yourself? you are powerless over other people . do not try to control or manipulate people etc. and here I live my life this way by these two 12 step programs AA and Alanon, and here came gang stalkers doing everything I was taught not to do, as they harmed us, and someone vandalized our mail box on a post twice, and someone broke in my suv and stole property and our cats went missing when stalkers were there, and I am the biggest cat lover on earth, and stalkers stalked and scared us, and and slandered me and set me up, and did everything 12 step programs teach people not to do.
