Where perhaps the Strait is being redefined as a transactional asset.
~ Has the blockade shifted from a political tool to a commercial guarantee, serving as an escrow account that forces both the US and Iran to honor their agreement? If this is the case, does this imply there were pre-negotiated objectives, where line items are being checked off?
