TPV News - 'US Bioweapons Official Testifies DARPA Spraying Chemtrails to ‘Delete the God Gene’, given by The Peoples Voice, May 20th, 2025

Chemtrails are real, and they do affect peoples minds, but the agency of affect is the HAARP (high frequency active auroral research program) in Alaska. Whether other arrays are involved, I do not know, but it was explained to me in a conversation on another internet forum in 2006. So I’ve put quotes from that conversation into an Addendum, below the transcript of this video. I hope you find it all interesting, and realize that sometimes we have to counter some of the impulses that reach us, by our own wills not giving up on the Will of God (that energy which never runs out). That which we do not want to think or do, we have to mentally oppose until the energy no longer impels us. It’s hard and sometimes it seems overwhelming, but as the Bible says: “Greater is he that is within you, than he that is in the world” John 4:4. We need to remember that, no matter how hopeless our thoughts and feeling seem, and never give up on that countering energy.

The TPV Host: We already know the elite want to block out the sun and control the climate — they’ve admitted this after years of denial and deception. What they once called a conspiracy theory, they now openly embrace as “geoengineering for the greater good.” But it doesn’t stop at climate manipulation. According to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the newly formed ‘Chemtrail Task Force’ has identified DARPA — the Pentagon’s black-budget science arm — as a central player in covert aerosol operations over the United States.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr: Ya haven’t- That’s not happening in my agency. We don’t do that. It’s done, we think, by DARPA [Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency]. And a lot of it now is coming out of the jet fuel. You know, those materials are put in jet fuel. We- I’m gonna do everything in my power to stop it. We’re bringing on somebody who’s gonna think only about that. Find out who’s doing it and holding them accountable.

TPV Host: RFK is over the target. Numerous high-level whistleblowers have confirmed DARPA are one of the key players in the operations. A former U.S. bioweapons scientist has come forward, claiming that DARPA developed aerosol-based technologies for a variety of classified purposes. And one of these purposes is something the public has never been told before.

It’s not just about mind control — although that’s part of it. What’s even more disturbing? It’s about spiritual control. ..Let that sink in.

Before we go deeper, here’s Dr. Rebecca Lemov, a Harvard professor, explaining to Joe Rogan the shocking extent of DARPA’s secret mind control and brainwashing programs.

But, I mean, the government has funded many many studies, but really with what I got interested-in, in social media and why- how I connected with the episodes of brainwashing from earlier mind control, is that it operates- It creates states of emotional contagion that aren’t really about convincing people of a different way to think, but more about how you feel about what you think, which is something people describe in cults, too. It’s not that it changed my thoughts, it’s that it changed my feeling about my thoughts.”

A controversial but real research paper, published in ResearchGate in 2023, revealed a Department of Defense-funded program aimed at suppressing the VMAT2 gene — what some scientists have called the “God gene.” A testimony by a U.S. bioweapons scientist, cited in the research, outlined a DARPA program designed to do the unthinkable: erase humanity’s connection to the divine.

They called it ‘Atmospheric Behavioral Modulation’, fancy way of saying ‘mood control’, mind steering. It started with aerosol trials over remote counties, places no one looks twice at. I was in the room when Mr Gates was briefed on the newest neuro-chemical markers. These lab guys showed charts.. serotonin, dopamine fluctuations in sprayed zones.. “people more passive, less spiritually reactive”, they said. One of the analysts actually used that term: ‘spiritually reactive’, like belief in God was a neurological glitch that they were fixing. .. And Bill? He just grinned- that smug little chuckle he does. He said, and I quote, “Good. The less they believe in fairy tales, the easier they are to program.” Then he raised his glass of that weird green algae smoothie and toasted the DARPA liaison.

I swear to you, they are thrilled. They think they’ve almost cracked it. Mood control, behavioural dampening. And yeah, it’s fair to say, they’re trying to kill God inside of people. You walk around downtown Portland, Austin, wherever they’ve been spraying heavy, and it’s like the light in people’s eyes is dimmed. No spark, no connection, just strolling and consuming; they think it’s all normal. It’s not. If you’re wondering why people don’t feel anymore, and why nobody can pray or even cry the way they used to, it’s not just the phones. It’s in the air. The REAL DEAL is it was discovered around 1950 or so the earth puts out vlf and elf , why, we don’t know. It (did) effect the behaviour of mammals, including humans. It brought *harmony*, that aloof feeling and state of mind, an analogy would be the way North American indigenous Indian tribes *became one* with nature, and the creator.

Via HAARP… (Barium by chemtrails increases the conductivity of the atmosphere however, and the resultant effectiveness of HAARP).”

Speaker 2: “It has also been shown that both ELF and VLF radiations can affect and entrain human brain wave patterns in ways that are against that of the individual’s will” (Hurtak, J., Aug. 1996).

I didn’t know that.

ELF is below VF (voice frequency) and VLF is just above.. The human brain waves lie below ELF, according to the chart. Well, it basically means that an out-of-sinc frequency can affect the brainwaves, because ELF lies above the ULF which are the brain waves in the electromagnetic spectrum..

OK, I think I’ve figured it out.

Microwave, or radio frequency, energy when rotated [on its upward vertical axis] produces an ELF wave which acts as a carrier for the higher frequency energy.

The energy when it reaches the ionosphere creates a “shell” of excited particles moving at close to light-speed which act as a reflector – a non-centric reflector, for the beam of energy. When two or more beams are focused on this shell, they join to create a higher frequency beam. Getting more energy out than the input.

Normally, I think, the ionosphere, perhaps it is, steps down the invisible Light Energy from the sun into the visible spectrum for us to see. But HAARP, apparently is the process in reverse.

Barium, that (Speaker 1) says is in Chemtrails (in addition to ethelyene di bromide which is known to be in Chemtrails), steps-up the microwave frequency to ultraviolet. Hence, we have UV readings that are consistently high to extreme, and a sun that is WHITE.

Lithium which is a light element, steps down the energy by splitting rays, but the higher weight Barium combines two waves to a wave of a higher frequency. If this is the case, then air pollution with its heavy particulate matter would tend to combine rays to make a higher frequency. No wonder President Bush has not signed-up to the Kyoto Protocol! Higher frequencies are more damaging than lower ones.

That’s why the tension in the city is higher than in the country, and you can feel it. It’s the pollution. And putting Barium into the atmosphere over cities is making it even HOTTER.
