- RHP Ben Heller, 33, signed a minor league deal with the Chicago Cubs. He slashed 0-1/11.25 in eight outings with 15K in 12 IP for the Bucs last year.
- DH Josh Bell, 32, signed a one-year/$6M deal with the Nationals.
- RHP Trevor Williams, 32, stayed with the Washington Nationals, signing a two-year/$14M contract. He spent his first five years in the league with the Bucs.
- RHP Charlie Morton, 41, inked a one-year/$15M contract with Baltimore.
