The Baltimore Ravens signed unrestricted free agent OLB Trey Hendrickson, executive vice president and general manager Eric DeCosta announced Thursday.

Here are several notes about the 6-4, 265-pound Hendrickson, 31, who joins the Ravens for his 10th NFL season:

A four-time Pro Bowler (2021-24) and 2024 AP first-team All-Pro, Hendrickson has appeared in 117 career regular season games (88 starts) over nine seasons with Cincinnati (2021-25) and New Orleans (2017-20), totaling 236 tackles (162 solo), 81 sacks, 74 tackles for loss, 163 QB hits, 439 QB pressures, 16 passes defensed and 15 forced fumbles.

In 2025, Hendrickson started seven games for Cincinnati before being placed on Injured Reserve. He recorded 11 tackles, four sacks, three tackles for loss, one pass defensed and one forced fumble.

Since joining Cincinnati in 2021, Hendrickson ranks fourth among NFL defenders in both sacks (61) and QB pressures (333), fifth in forced fumbles (12) and seventh in QB hits (120). Additionally, his 18.0% QB pressure rate ranks third among all NFL defenders over the past five seasons.

Hendrickson owns four career seasons with over 13 sacks, tied for the sixth-most such seasons since 1982 (when sacks became an official stat), trailing only Reggie White (nine), Bruce Smith (seven), Kevin Greene (six), Myles Garrett (six) and T.J. Watt (five).

In 2024, Hendrickson became the first Bengal to lead the NFL in sacks (17.5) after also producing 17.5 sacks in 2023 (each tied for second most in Bengals single-season history). He won the 2024 Deacon Jones Award as the NFL’s sacks leader.

Hendrickson registered at least a half-sack in 11 straight games in 2021, the longest such streak in Bengals history and tied for the second longest in NFL history.

Hendrickson was originally selected by the Saints in the third round (103rd overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft. He spent his first four seasons (2017-20) with New Orleans, recording 65 tackles, 20 sacks, 18 tackles for loss, 43 QB hits, three forced fumbles and three passes defensed.

Prior to the NFL, Hendrickson played four seasons (2013-16) at Florida Atlantic, where he set the school career record with 29.5 sacks and recorded 42.5 tackles for loss. He earned first-team All-Conference USA and the league’s defensive MVP honors as a senior.

A native of Apopka, Fla., Hendrickson starred at Apopka High School, where he helped the Blue Darters capture the 2012 state championship.
