Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever turned things around after starting the season 1-2. They won three consecutive games to close their four-game homestand and turned heads with their performances.
The 2024 Rookie of the Year led the team’s charge during Saturday’s 90-82 victory over the Golden State Valkyries. She recorded 22 points on 7-for-15 shooting, along with nine assists, while Aliyah Boston posted 22 points and 16 rebounds. Kelsey Mitchell had another strong outing, registering 19 points and three assists.
Indiana also received solid bench production from Sophie Cunningham, who produced 11 points, one assist and one steal in 28 minutes.
The Fever treated the Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd to one of their best games of the young campaign. The team shot 10-for-26 from beyond the arc and doubled Golden State’s assists total with 22. The players also showed a lot of toughness and didn’t back down from their opponent’s pesky defense throughout the physical matchup.

Clark knocked down four three-pointers on the night, including a logo triple with 5:19 left in the third quarter. It tied the game at 48-all, firing up the home crowd.
The Fever uploaded Clark’s picture attempting the shot on Instagram. The two-time All-Star reposted it on her Instagram story with one word.

The 24-year-old referred to Indiana’s caption on its original post, “From anywhere 🔥.” She has proven in her career that she possesses an unlimited range and can convert baskets for her team when it needs them the most.
Clark and Co. will enjoy four days off before they begin a two-game road trip. They will face the Valkyries on Thursday and the Portland Fire on Saturday.
The Fever will have a chance to achieve five straight wins before they return home for a big matchup versus Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream on June 4.
