ISRAEL–Russia’s chief rabbi Berel Lazar receives his degree of Honorary Doctor of the Israeli University of Bar-Ilan October 26, 2026. Miriam Adelson, wife of Trump donor Sheldon Adelson, praised the award and said she and her husband donate to Lazar’s cause.
