海南嬉水节数十名女性遭扒衣袭胸谁是真正凶手？（图）
2012年8月23日，海南省保亭黎族苗族自治县，一年一度的“中国海南七仙温泉嬉水节”上午8时30分在保亭黎族苗族自治县七仙广场盛大开幕。在嬉水狂欢开始后不久，有数十名女性被几十名男子按倒在地对其性骚扰，被当众扒掉上衣摸胸。
嬉水节变成性骚扰节，对于被骚扰的女性深表同情，对于那些骚扰的男子深表愤怒，同情之外，愤怒之后，我们应该如何对这样的事件进行反思，今后我们举办如此之大的活动应该考虑什么，如何杜绝这样的性侵事件发生？相信这里面有很多深层次的问题，从这里我们也看出隐藏在背后的三个问题：
首先：活动的主办方应该如何把好关，参加活动的人必须经过严格帅选。面对这样如此人多的活动，作为主办方应该做出全盘考虑，面对这样的突发事件，主办方的反应是缓慢的，还好是扒衣袭胸，如果是用刀砍人群殴事件，或者是什么枪击事件，主办方又应该如何应对呢？因此，今后这样的活动，主办方应该严格把好关，对参加活动的人员进行审核，能够在大庭广众之下对女性进行骚扰，绝对不是你我这样泛泛之辈敢做出的事情，我们即使有这个贼心，也没这个贼胆，那么这些人有如此的胆量，说明他们的思想已经受到严重歪曲，要么或者这些人是社会上的不干净之人，才会有如此胆大妄为。如果我们的主办方对参加活动的人能够进行实名登记，身份证识别，那么这些人究竟是否有前科，我们就可以做到心中有数，只有对这类人进行了帅选，相信这类事件的发生就起到了很多的预防。
其次：作为女性，面对这样的事件如何提高自我保护意识。从图片上看，面对这样的突发事件，受害女性表现的狠无奈，完全没有反抗之力，从这次事件也警示我们，一些女性今后参加这样的活动，应该提高自我保护的意识，尽量不要孤军深入到男性多的范围之中去，完全可以结伴，这样有了突发事件，也可以起到一个互相照顾。
最后：面对女性被性侵，旁边的人应该如何阻止做出正义之举。其实，我们经常看到在一些公共场合中发生的悲剧，比如在公交车上面对小偷行凶，居然没有人敢吱声说话，人人是一种自保的行为，多一事不如少一事的病态心理，如果我们每个人都敢于与小偷做斗争，相信公交车上的小偷也会胆战心惊，这么大规模的嬉水节，女性面对骚扰，难道那些在场的人没有一个人能够站出来阻止吗？看到这样的事情，完全可以报警，或者站出来阻止，毕竟这些行凶者也是心虚，面对正义的阻止，或许能够避免这样的悲剧发生，但是可悲的时候，这样的事情等到保安才得到制止，因此我们这些在场没有阻止的人其实是真正的帮凶。
