The Rule Of Law

This is a country of Laws, not a country of opinions. When did it become acceptable to resist law enforcement? ICE is a law enforcement agency enforcing existing law.

Immigration laws have been passed by Congress and every elected official has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution and the Rule of Law. States have no authority to prevent immigration laws from being enforced and any elected official refusing to cooperate with ICE is violating their oath of office.

Unfortunately the Obama and Biden’s admissions refused to secure the border and were fast and loose with immigration laws. Many Blue states got used to that position and realized illegal aliens would be Democrat voters, add seats in Congress, and electoral votes for their states. Now that our immigration laws ARE being enforced they don’t want a single illegal alien deported. They talk about the “Dad” arrested while dropping his child off at school (I want proof of that) instead of the child rapist that had been released into the community instead of being turned over to ICE.

If Democrat Governors and Mayors were truly concerned about the innocent gardeners and cleaning ladies they would cooperate with ICE and turn over to ICE the criminals from their jails and not release them into the community. ICE then has to go into the community and arrest anyone who has violated immigration laws. ICE has no authority to exempt anyone.

Watching the riots happening in Minneapolis right now makes me feel the way I felt when I learned about Agenda 21. Fearful and heartsick for the future of our country. The realization that these protests are heavily funded and organized. We see the same organizers at protests whether anti-Israel, anti-the arrest of Maduro or anti-ICE. There are ads on Craig’s List that offer $1000 to $1500 a day for protestors. A few days ago there was an anti-ICE protest in Prescott, AZ. Some of the protesters admitted they were paid.

Governors and Mayors from some Blue states encourage people to protest. But these people on the streets aren’t “peacefully protesting”. They are blocking ICE with cars and trucks, pushing them, hitting them, throwing fireworks at them, obstructing, resisting arrest, etc. As much as Walz and Frey are outraged by the death of Renee Good, they wanted something like that to happen so they could condemn ICE.

What is also disturbing to me is that regardless of numerous video’s of the shooting of Ms Good, there are two diametrically opposite opinions of what happened. The Left says she was murdered. They say she was a Mom who was just trying to move her car and the ICE officer had no reason to shoot her. The Right says the ICE officer shot her in self defense because she tried to run him over.

I’ve seen all the videos, as I suspect you have. While none of us know what her intentions were there are some undeniable facts that the Left conveniently leaves out. The video shows she is blocking the street and her wife is taunting officers. Clearly an officer shouts for her to get out of the car as he approaches it. Another officer has his hand on the door opener and his other arm inside the open driver’s side window trying to open the door from the inside. Ms Good ignores the lawful orders of the two officers and backs up and then guns the car with an officer in front of it. Someone on the Left said she was only going 3 miles an hour. It that were true her car would have just rolled into the curb but it sped forward half a block and crashed into two parked cars and then hit a pole causing severe damage to the front of her car.

The Left completely ignores the two officers trying to get her out of her car and that the only bullet hole was in the front windshield. The officer was obviously in front of her car. She hit him. He suffered injury to his leg and internal bleeding. The Left also leaves out that she was an activist. She had been following ICE officers around all day and trying to obstruct them. I liked what Trump said about her. He said under other circumstances he was sure she was a fine person but she made some very bad decisions that day.

The protests in Minneapolis are not deescalating, they are becoming more violent. Walz said ICE was going to cause a civil war and Mayor Frey said the presence of ICE was causing the violence. He didn’t tell protestors to not obstruct or attack ICE. He didn’t say to allow ICE to do their job. Neither Walz nor Frey are trying to deescalate the violence.

The hypocrisy is mind blowing. ICE deported more illegal aliens under Obama and Biden than have yet been deported under Trump and no one objected or protested. This is happening because Trump is doing it not because it hasn’t happened before.

I pray for our country. I pray for the return of the Rule of Law. Our country was founded by Devine intervention and I pray Devine intervention will save it. God bless America.
