TITLE IX TERROR MAY DESTROY THE DEMOCRAT PARTY

Wherever one scans today’s media airwaves, whether radio, television or the ‘net, it would seem that the dominant concern of most Americans, other than the wretched state of the U.S. economy and rampant inflation, is the illegal immigration crisis over our Southern Border.

Open Borders = Treason
No matter how Mayorkas or Biden try to sugar coat it, the most simplistic reading of our Constitution makes it abundantly clear that allowing the mass invasion of over 10 MILLION illegal aliens onto our shore and into our heartland thru open borders is not only unConstitutional— it is TREASON, plain and simple.

Illegal Alien Invasion, not Biden’s Bribes, Deserves Impeachment
In fact, if the Republicans of The Stupid Party (a tip of the hat to Donald Jeffries, who coined this phrase) had any sense, they would have used Biden’s enabling the invasion of millions  of illegal aliens into America as the lynch pin upon which their impeachment inquiry should have been erected.  Instead, they relied on parsing and dissecting the intricacies of shell corporations, the transfer of large sums of cash to Joe Biden’s family, and an obvious pattern of corruption as their show and tell reasoning for an impeachment trial.

Unfortunately, the American Public cannot easily follow the intricacies and entanglements of this evidence.  Moreover, the inter-operation of legal nuances (was that a bribe, an advisory fee or a gift?) continue to fog the insights necessary to nail Joe Biden as the traitorous Chinese puppet he truly is.

Deliberate Destruction of America
Far more effective to use Biden’s wide open border policy, highlighting his chartering of individual jet flights from foreign countries of more than 400,000 illegal aliens into all areas of the US to prove the point that Biden’s actions are deliberate sabotage of America, putting all Americans at risk for outbreaks of disease, crime or worse — a coordinated a terrorist attack.

Just how does one justify allowing the influx of more than 50,000 young, male, single Chinese foreign nationals into our country from China, a government which is our obvious foe and nemesis throughout the world?  How does one excuse allowing gang bangers from Venezuela and other parts of the world to enter unimpeded?  How does one explain allowing millions of illegal aliens to enter our country unexamined and unvaccinated against the COVID planned-demic, while at the same time threatening American citizens with the loss of their jobs, their incomes, and their retirement if they do not submit their bodies to an experimental vaxx bio-weapon?

Clearly, it would have been far easier for members of Congress to justify an impeachment trial in the minds of most Americans when the evidence of the corruption of the Biden administration and their suicidal  border policy is manifest on the streets of nearly every major city throughout America.

Nevertheless, at this point, it seems that Congress has lost steam and lost interest in pursuing the impeachment and prosecution Joe Biden.  Perhaps the idea of having Kackling Kamala as President is such a sobering reality that Congressional leaders have thought the better of pursuing the proper punishment for Biden’s treason.

“Progressive” Re-Write of Title IX threatens American Families
However, as is always their won’t, the Radical Extreme Far Left never knows when to stop “progressing.”  In the case of their latest legislative diktat and lawerific interpretation of Title IX, originally meant to enable and promote Women’s sports and athletic scholarships, the Biden administration’s rape of TITLE IX Legislation is so vile and corrupt that it makes the Biden’s administration’s polices on our Southern Border pale in comparison.

Femme Men Will Now Legally Invade Women’s Spaces
The new “improved” TITLE IX legislation now promotes a myriad of social “progress.” “Sex” now equals “gender identity.”  In simple language, now the sex a person “identifies” with, rather than the sex they are born as, is the new determining factor.  That little perverted “twist” will enable men who “identify” as women to have complete access to bathrooms and locker rooms on campus.  It will enable men who “Identify” as women to be housed in the same building and the same dorm rooms as real women.  It will enable men who “Identify” as women to compete for and garner full academic and athletic scholarships from real women.  

This thin end of The Wedge will gradually be used to enable men who “Identify” as women to eventually compete in all women’s sports, thereby extending the heresy that all the new “records” that will be set are being set by “real women” rather than men with surgery and chemicals who were born male with all their inherent physical advantages.  

Mandated Federal Thought Control
But probably the most intrusive aspect of this new legislation is that it essentially mandates thought control under the penalty of federal law.  Students and faculty must comply with new speech codes, and address “trans men and women” by the pronouns of their choice.  Failure to do so could result in the loss of federal funds for any and all programs which that school currently qualifies for, including morning breakfast and lunch programs.  Even worse, individuals who transgress proper “progressive” etiquette labels can be individually prosecuted by the federal government for harassment, hate speech and hate crimes!  Jail, anyone?

All of this can be done without a parent’s knowledge or consent, all the way down to age 3 Kindergarten! According to the new guidelines, now it will be entirely up to the child to inform his/her, or zhe/zher’s parents as to their new “identity.”  The school administration is absolved of parental notification.

Schools Will Now Be “Safe Harbors” for creating “Trans” Children
Essentially, this legislation cuts parents “out of the loop” in the communication process. Worse, by allowing constant reinforcement of this alternate identity at school through “social affirmation”, the school and its administration is acting in concert to promote and solidify this alternate identity, which may later lead the child to seek permanent surgery before being able to make a rational decision to consider the life-long consequences.  It is no secret that the rate of suicides among adult trans individuals is 3-4x higher than average, and their “gender dysphoria” is undoubtedly the main factor in this statistical anomaly.

New Title IX Worse than Inflation and Open Borders
While Biden’s open border policy has been an outrage to our body politic since he threw open America’s border on his inauguration day, the very same day he spiked the Keystone Pipeline and set the stage for massive inflation throughout America, this new Title IX legislative atrocity has the potential to surpass both of them with voters. The reason is that the Title IX legislation will immediately affect any parent or grandparent with children in public schools.

“Mis-Gendering” Now a FEDERAL Offense!
Parents and grandparents will now have to deal with the fact that their young daughters and grand children will be sharing dressing rooms and shower facilities with men pretending to be women.  Parents and grandparents will have to deal with the unpleasant reality that males posing as female may be assigned to their daughter’s dorm room.  But even worse, Title IX makes it a FEDERAL OFFENSE to “misgender” a male or female who happens to be transitioning through the 57 varieties of gender currently available on their sexual smorgasbord provided by our sick psychiatric establishment, meaning that schools may also be on the hook for teachers who “misgender” some “gender fluid” individual on any given day.  The teachers and administrators will also be on the hook personally to deal with a violations of federal law, should that “misgendered” individual feel diss-respected, harmed, threatened or humiliated by the inadvertent use of the wrong pronoun at any given time.

“Freedom of Speech” Terminated!
Title IX has the potential to turn all of our public schools and universities into total CHAOS, while brutally restricting the freedom of speech that once was a hallmark of the United States and its educational establishment.  After all, what is to stop the FBI and other Orwellian gestapo thought police from prowling various school grounds and universities, trying to ferret out “subversive” radicals who might insist on referring to someone as the gender under which they were born or previously known?

Children Now Entitled to a Secret Sexual Life
How well will it sit for parents to consider that their young son or daughter might be living a secret sexual life at school, a life to which they are — according to this legislation — NOT entitled to know about.  Even worse, what if school administrators determine on their own that Jimmy or Janie is showing indications of sexual transgenderism, and that in order to “affirm” their “rights”, they authorize sexual surgery for them to feel more comfortable in their alien bodies, unbeknownst to their parents.

It is already LAW in some states that Child Protective Services can remove a child from their parents’ home if they ascertain that the child is “endangered” by parents who are blocking that child’s “affirmation” of an alternate sexual identity.  Can there by any worse assault on the family structure than having minions of The State forcibly enter a family’s private home and kidnap a child for the purpose of sexually altering their physiognomy for the rest of their lives, while the parents must look on in horror, prevented from interfering with this “rational” choice fostered by pedophile bureaucrats to chalk up another LGBTQ+ participant in this sexual lunacy?

A Campaign Gift to the “Stupid Party”
If The Republicans — the “Stupid” Party — had any guts, they would parade this entire legislation in front of the American Public night and day and publicize these real coming horror stories directly onto the screens of the average American family.  Making people aware of this evil sickness that has been “legislated” and legalized by The Biden Administration would provide a visceral repulsion in the vast majority of normal heterosexual families sufficient to make it impossible for Democrats to steal another election and inaugurate Papa Pedophile once more in 2025.

More than the economic hardships of massive, unending inflation, more than the terror of random criminal illegal aliens committing more rapes, robberies and assaults, Title IX represents a golden opportunity for Republicans to permanently tar the sickness of Democrat evil with their own brush.

Whether or not this will come to pass remains to be seen.  One thing is certain: if you do not want your children or grand children subjected to the danger of avoidable sexual situations, including rape and molestation; if you do not want the Speech Police patrolling our schools and universities seeking out candidates to be federally indicted for thought crimes, then it behooves you to immediately contact your Congressional representative and tell them that Title IX, as it is currently written, must be repealed.

Normalizing Perversion
Title IX now violates the Constitution of the United States, while threatening to destabilize all of our public schools by turning the normal family structure into a hell of suspicion and mental anguish.  The push to normalize transgender surgeries and identities through the power of The State has the potential to turn the American family upside down— just like good Marxists would like to accomplish.  The only defense against this insanity is to make your voices heard in DC and let your Representatives and Senators clearly know that you want no part of this evil sickness in your school or state.

Time is of the essence.  And we have previous little time to save the lives of innocent, vulnerable children whose entire future hangs precariously in the balance upon the scales of the latest psychological lunacy gripping our medical and educational establishments.  Contact your legislatures today, and let them know you want no part of this insanity, for tomorrow will be too late.
