These people are criminals, plain and simple.  The law is abundantly clear and Justice Sonia Sotomayor ignores the law to her own destruction.  Apparently, she has not learned from history.  So, it’s up to the People to teach her a lesson, just like many who have gone before us… and not just in this country.

Sotomayor recently joined reprobate Justice Elena Kagan in dissenting against the Second Amendment in the Bruen case.

However, it’s a recent incident involving her armed security detail that has shown Sotomayor’s hypocrisy.

The New York Post reports:

Two deputy US Marshals shot a would-be carjacker who pulled a gun on him while they were guarding Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s home in Washington, DC, authorities said.

The marshals were parked outside Sotomayor’s home in northwest DC on July 5 when Kentrell Flowers, 18, allegedly walked up to one of their cars around 1:15 a.m. and pointed a gun one of the federal agents, the US Marshals Service told The Post.

One of the federal agents drew his weapon and fired several shots at the suspect, with the second officer also firing his weapon at Flowers. 

Flowers, of Southeast DC, was arrested and treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.

The Obama-appointed justice was not home at the time of the carjacking, according to a source.

Metropolitan Police detectives are investigating the shooting, and recovered a semi-automatic handgun from the scene.

“The Deputy US Marshals involved in the shooting incident were part of the unit protecting the residences of U.S. Supreme Court justices,” the US Marshals office said in a statement.

The teenage suspect was charged with armed carjacking, carrying a pistol without a license, and possession of a large capacity magazine. 

The US Marshals office and Metropolitan Police Department declined to elaborate further on the case, which remains under investigation.  

So, either quit attacking our rights or assign 2 marshalls to everyone, which no one wants and would just create more bureaucracy, more taxes and more big government.  The Second Amendment is clear:  “… the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
