Betsy McCaughey Identifies Four Actions Trump Should Take Regarding MAHA Agenda - Some Are Unconstitutional

Does anyone remember Betsy McCaughey, former lieutenant governor of New York and the only individual who read the monstrous, egregious, unconstitutional Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, in its entirety? McCaughey authored a piece for World Net Daily proposing four actions that should be on Trump’s agenda to “Make America Healthy Again”.

First, she proposed a “focus on healthy eating to combat chronic diseases.” Of course, this is a great idea. However, anytime government gets involved in areas where it has no business, aka constitutional authority, disaster seems to loom. Remember the Michelle “Moochie” Obama boondoggle regarding school lunches that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) were involved in implementing? Kids wouldn’t eat the meals. The meals were not aesthetically pleasing and one can surmise not very tasty either.

Government tampering surrounding the food industry has allowed poisons to be introduced into industrial farming, genetically modified organisms (GMO) seeds to be created and used in big corporate farming as well as smaller farms, frankenscience creation of “lab meats” for human consumption, and promotion of highly processed foods using toxins to be created and marketed to the people.

A safe food supply is important and essential, but government ignored safety to favor big corporations to increase the profit made off cheap processed items misnamed food.

The focus on healthy eating to combat chronic disease should be done at the local level with the people through individuals educated in proper healthy nutrition – naturopaths, homeopaths, etc. The people should take responsibility for their own health through eating more whole foods; buying local through co-ops; growing their own food as much as possible using organic farming techniques; eating foods only when in season when it cannot be preserved through canning, dehydration, freezing or freeze drying; increasing physical activity; and ditching bad habits.

Second, McCaughey suggests ending “mission confusion at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention” (CDC).

That’s the advice of Trump’s inner health circle, including Drs. Scott Gottlieb and Joel Zinberg.

The agency now focuses on woke issues. Meanwhile, it flubbed its response to the biggest disease threat of our lifetimes, COVID-19, as I documented in my book “The Next Pandemic.”

The CDC’s unscientific guidelines on masking, social distancing and vaccines were the basis for draconian assaults on people’s right to assemble and to keep their businesses open. Americans should be relieved to hear RFK Jr. swear it will never happen again.

A CDC shakeup is also needed to reduce hospital infections, which kill more people (75,000 a year) than breast cancer.

If a previous occupant of a hospital bed had an infection, the risk that the next patient gets it soars 583% per Columbia School of Nursing research. Inadequate cleaning is the reason.

Yet instead of imposing rigorous cleaning standards, the CDC helps hospitals hide outbreaks from the public. You don’t want to be in a hospital overrun with a deadly germ, but the CDC calls it “hospital A,” preventing you from knowing.

It’s an example of the cozy relationship between health companies and the government that RFK Jr. claims he wants to clean up.

Since government has zero authority to be involved in any way regarding the health of Americans or any type of medical science, the CDC should be dismantled. The CDC has proven time and again to be unreliable and only in the business of promoting vaccines, which States have then mandated school-age children receive in order to attend school, even though the CDC has only “issued recommendations”. It’s an entity rife with corruption and criminal activity.

Next, McCaughey recommends “making insurance affordable.”

The price of health coverage – $25,500 for a family of four – is one of the public’s top worries, according to Pew Research.

The expansion of Medicaid to 80 million during the last decade is partly to blame.

Medicaid shortchanges hospitals, paying them 88 cents for every dollar of care delivered.

Hospitals keep profits up by shifting unpaid Medicaid costs onto patients who get coverage through a job or buy it themselves. The bigger Medicaid gets, the higher premiums go.

Republicans intend to rein in Medicaid enrollment, which will help anyone who pays for insurance.

Affordable Care Act rules require individuals to buy a long list of “essential” benefits. It’s like telling car buyers their only choice is a fully loaded SUV. Some car buyers just want wheels.

Trump will allow more affordable plans, as he did in his first term – before President Joe Biden barred them.

The Constitution for the united States of America does not provide authorization for government to legislate or meddle in health, healthcare, or any type of insurance. The Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare but more like the UnAffordable Care Act, should be repealed. If anything is broken in this country, it is the healthcare system – it’s not really a healthcare system, but a disease fostering system that turns to “deathcare” in the end when one enters a “hospikill” facility. Pharmaceutical companies develop drug after drug that does nothing to cure disease or promote health, but mask disease symptoms and cause further damage through adverse events, requiring more drugs to mask those symptoms – and the wheels on the bus go round and round. It’s a vicious cycle that needs to be ended.

It would be better for Americans to engage naturopaths and homeopaths for “health care” and disease treatment, while allopathy can be used for trauma and injury. Don’t get me wrong. Allopathy will still be needed to treat many ailments – sepsis, diabetes, infections, etc. But, the majority of health care and disease treatment can be managed naturally. The medical community should be on board with more natural methods of disease treatment and healthcare management. But, since the takeover of medicine by the Rockefellers, long-standing natural methods of treatment have been thrown in the garbage bin in favor of petroleum-based pharmaceuticals.

Moreover, Americans need an alternative system for inpatient care instead of the current “hospikill” model. Government and corporations entwined with government – a fascist system, will not change anything. It will have to be a private, citizen-directed effort.

At one time, health care insurance was only for “catastrophic” coverage – emergency and hospitalization. Individuals paid for doctor visits and medications out-of-pocket, which was more affordable until insurance companies started covering routine visits. At that point, physicians increased their office visit charge since insurance only reimbursed a percentage of the billed charge. This is one reason health care became unaffordable. It was the same with medications as well.

The last action McCaughey recommended was “close the border and tighten security”. That is an action that Americans can get behind. However, some proposals by the administration highlighted by McCaughey under this are not authorized by the Constitution.

RFK Jr. is proposing a network of public “healing farms” where people struggling with addiction can go, try to heal themselves and obtain skills for a sober life. Any parent who’s gone through this with a child will say, “What have we got to lose?”

Who is going to pay for these “healing farms”? You, the taxpayer. Who is going to run these “farms”? It more than likely will be run by corporations that have ties to Big Pharma and government.

Also, the public’s worries about RFK Jr.’s vaccine views are likely overblown. Mandated vaccinations have enabled the U.S. to defeat polio, measles and other diseases.

RFK Jr. said this week, “We’re not going to take vaccines away from anybody.”

But you don’t have to take his word. Neither RFK Jr. nor Trump will have the power to eliminate childhood vaccinations. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1905 that states have the authority to require vaccinations or not. Each state has its own vaccine mandates. During COVID-19, the court affirmed that, striking down Biden’s proposed national vaccine mandate on employees of large companies.

McCaughey provides no proof that vaccines eliminated polio, measles, and other diseases. In fact, there is a polio outbreak in Africa caused by Bill Gates and his GAVI polio vaccine. To this date, there has been no evidence to show any vaccine has eliminated any disease for which it was created. Moreover, no evidence exists to indicate that vaccines are “safe and effective”.

Mandated vaccines violate an individual’s right to decide what goes into his body or the body of his children. Moreover, there has never been any proper or appropriate informed consent given to any individual taking a vaccine. When States issue requirements on vaccines, read mandates, States trample on individual liberty and freedom.

It is true that neither Trump nor RFK Jr. can eliminate vaccines. However, any State requirement or mandate removes individual freedom and liberty. Removal of choice is tyranny, even when it involves health and healthcare. If anyone wants to take all the vaccines on the market, it is their choice. However, those who do not want to take vaccines should not be “mandated” to do so for any reason.

Tell those who take every vaccine out there that you are going to remove them – their head would explode. After all, the “cult” regarding vaccines believes vaccines prevent disease and illness; but, the cult requires everyone to participate or the unvaccinated will pose a threat. The question is “pose a threat to whom?” If you’ve been vaccinated and are part of the “cult” that believe vaccines work and are safe and effective, you are protected so an unvaccinated individual should not pose a threat. In reality, the “cult” doesn’t believe their own ideology or they wouldn’t push for everyone to get stabbed with all the different jabs.

Trump’s MAHA agenda is dangerous because it will use government to push his policy instead of holding to the Constitution, getting government out of health and healthcare. It will involve increased government bureaucracy, cost to the taxpayer, and expanded government tyranny. One can expect more top-down measures relating to health and healthcare as was seen during the height of the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic.

There are simple solutions to making Americans healthy again; and, none involve government, corporations, or Big Pharma. Unfortunately, the people have become content with tyranny and dictatorship under the misnomer of democracy.  Return to a republican form of government by adhering to the Constitution would see many problems disappear.
