*Note: Compliance with federal laws is a violation of US Code 20, Sect. 1232a where the federal government is prohibited from ANY direction in education! Do these parentsgroups realize this?

Do they also not know the Civil Rights Act of 1983, Section 1981, which provides parents the opportunity to seek legal recourse when their children’s civil rights have been violated?

6) Why is the House Committee which held this hearing, dredging up more Biden-Harris ‘dirt’?
To sway the narrative of THAT administration was so anti-Christian!

Remember, the Representative who held the Excellence in Education hearing is from the Independent Party, so he’s not an R or a D! Shouldn’t that truly make a difference when it comes to education?
