What these operatives are doing in unknown, but the playbook suggests that the intelligence operatives will include mercenaries forces, to try and foment attacks upon the public, blaming this group or that group to start civil unrest, to focus that social disorder against the government of President Nicolás Maduro to be overthrown to install the opposition – the long awaited US puppet, supported by the neocons and Zionists.

The Russians are not silent, because two of their destroyers are anchored off the coast of Venezuela. The Russians would not have anchored two warships off the coast of Venezuela in rage of US warships unless they’re trying to send a signal to the United States?
