The shocking case from Whitesburg, Kentucky, has rocked a small Appalachian town after District Judge Kevin Mullins was fatally shot in his courthouse chambers.
The shooter, Letcher County Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines, has been charged with murder following an argument between the two longtime friends and colleagues.

Can’t take a gun to an argument.
Can’t pull a gun unless you intend to use it
Firing a weapon on an unarmed man and killing him is murder.
Then you have criminal intent to kill because he had to think to take the gun, had to think to pull it and point it while his life was not in danger.
Sorry (if the rumor I heard was accurate) the (sheriff)daughter was violated by a friend(the judge) and events went to murder and maybe the sheriff felt he didn’t mind doing the time for killing him.
