Right now Jose is barely a Hurricane, but has made a Western turn and is travelling at 3 mph over some very warm waters. Here’s the latest forcast
Update 9/15. Cone has shifter further to the west, with Jose regaining hurricane strenth this afternoon

The cone goes until next Tuesday, the 19th. Given the slow meandering nature of this storm, it’s not impossible that this could linger and hit the coast (NY maybe?) around the 23rd.
