Records show that in the Spring of 2023 former Minnesota Government judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, contacted Attorney Jack Maro, the lawyer who represents Neely Petrie Blanchard regarding BRADY EVIDENCE she (Erickson) possesses – – – which was sent to her by Blanchard long before the Hallett murder.

Through chats, as well as telephonic video conference conversations between Alexandra Koukounakis, talk show host, Infiltrated by Truth, and Blanchard from her confinement in the Marion County Jail, it was revealed by Blanchard that Maro did in fact have Blanchard sign a release so Erickson could turn over the evidence. “I signed this release on March 20, 2023. The release was dated incorrectly for March 20, 2024. I corrected the mistake and signed by the correction,” Blanchard said to Koukounakis.

However, Maro never contacted Erickson or requested the records.

The situation became so desperate for Blanchard that she asked Koukounakis, a stranger, to please contact Maro and ask Maro or “Donna” to get her the information that “Randi Erickson sent him”.

To this very day Attorney Maro has never contacted Erickson for the BRADY EVIDENCE, which relates to child custody issues, facts, and court filings that pertain to Blanchard, her alleged murder victim Christopher Edward Hallett, as well as court documents authored by one time candidate for Tennessee Governor John Gentry, regarding Neely Petrie Blanchard.

Blanchard is accused of murdering Hallett in cold blood. According to Marion County States Attorney, Blanchard flew into a blind rage and murdered Hallett because Hallett was not trying to get her kids back from the government as Hallett promised he was doing. The documents and other evidence in the possession of Randi Erickson literally DESTROYS the Prosecution’s ridiculous claims about Blanchard’s so-called motive for murder on November 15, 2020, which involved an assassination-style shooting of Hallett at close range in the head.

The wrong date in the Release form Neely Blanchard signed that was incorrectly dated March 2024, instead of being created with the correct date, which was March 2023, might explain the mutual agreement that took place after a Trial date was already set, whereby Attorney Maro and the Marion County State’s Attorney’s Office gained the approval of the Court to reschedule the Trial date into April 2024. This extension would give time for the wrong date of March 2024 to look real.
