Kaiser credits the PCRG with alerting the mainstream physics establishment to the importance of quantum entanglement to practical applications like computers and cryptography. Sarfatti was the science advisor to the Reagan think tank Institute of Contemporary Studies that planned the 1980s-era Strategic Defense Initiative. He has worked for several decades on the theory behind applications of quantum entanglement to conscious AI and the low-energy metric engineering.”
