The Universal Commercial Code (UCC), the U. S. Corporation and the Hoodwink [Interview: Bibi Bacchus]

This past week I interviewed former real estate agent, Bibi Bacchus about her journey after she was arrested at age 54 for drugs and money laundering. At the time, Bacchus had a successful 18-year real estate career. She was in very good standing in her profession and community; she sold several homes per month and helped home buyers purchase until her whole life was turned upside.

One day she was visited by an IRS agent. This changed her life and led her down an entirely different path. Bacchus’ time in jail led to discovery of how what we think is government, is really just a money-making corporation. While incarcerated, she stumbled onto and studied what is the Universal Commercial Code (UCC)—this led to her deep understanding about how the U.S. Corporation really operates.

 Bacchus is now a faculty member and senior advisor at the New Earth University School of Natural Law where she teaches the realities of our government and the courts relative to the UCC.

Before incarceration, Bacchus was taken to court for the charges against her and stated that she was cleared. “At the end of my trial, nothing came forward that I laundered money or knowingly sold a drug dealer a house.” Bacchus explained, “The IRS agent is a foreign agent…he’s not a federal agent. I didn’t know that at the time. He brought a detective from the area where I lived so he could question me. They asked me to go to court and lie. Later, they sent me in front of the grand jury. The grand jury found me not guilty of any wrongdoing.”

Bacchus believes the IRS was trying to use her to make false statements against a home buyer that she was assisting in a purchase, but when Bacchus refused to “lie” in court and was ultimately cleared, they decided to target her.

She said two years later, “When the grand jury got dismantled and the second grand jury came in, they brought the IRS agent. I didn’t know anything about it. He testified two lines at the end of the grand jury session. The prosecutor asked him to tell the grand jury how much I sold the house for to the drug dealer. And he said he didn’t know. He didn’t bring his notes. He told the grand jury that I sold a property to a drug dealer and that I knew he was a drug dealer and they got me indicted after two years.” Bacchus said there was nothing strange about the sale and that the buyer received a bank loan for $80,000 and brought $5,000 to the closing table. She said that this buyer was not really even one of her clients but that, “His grandmother bought properties from me, and she was selling one of her properties to him and asked me to draw up the paperwork.” Bacchus did the contract as a favor.

Bacchus spoke of a few strange happenings surrounding her case. She said she was not on his indictment (the supposed drug dealer/buyer) and that he was never called to testify. She said, “He was nowhere. When I asked my attorney, where he was, he said, ‘Oh, don’t worry about that. We’ll take care of it.’”

Bacchus said she was so ignorant of the facts. “I’ve never, ever been in trouble with the law, ever. Never drank alcohol, never smoked, never did drugs. I had two wonderful children, a wonderful husband, and we lived a good, easy, nice, quiet life.”

While in prison, she started to study to find out what could have possibly put her in this position. She said she asked God, “Okay, God, you brought me here and I’m crying. And I said, okay, now that I’m here, could you please show me how they did it? And it was shown to me within a few days.”

During our interview Bacchus continued to tell her story about finding the UCC and how they did it to her and continue to do this to people around the world.

Bacchus described how they create an entity called the “strawman” that they use to interact with a person. “You have two names, same name, but spelled differently. You have your name spelled in block letters…look at every single paper you receive from these corporations. We don’t have government at all. The name in block letters has a trust against it that they made when you were born. And that is why they give you the birth certificate. They put a number on it.”

 She continued to explain how the block letters represents a fictitious entity. “You are the flesh and blood person…But if you look at what they’re doing to us, they’re making us accept the name (block letters) that they have made and they’re making billions, billions of dollars, gold…etc.”

Bacchus said they know what they’re doing. When I asked her about Roosevelt’s New Deal in 1933 and if this is what social security was really about, she said, “…it’s a Ponzi scheme. When you retire, they take my money that I’m paying Social Security, to go to pay your Social Security. It’s just a Ponzi scheme. They haven’t got the money.”

I asked Bacchus if we are still connected to the Crown and whether or not we really were ever free from their clutches. Her reply was, “Britain and America are the same… In America, their constitution says no title of nobility should be granted by any king, prince, or foreign state. But it has. Every single attorney in America is an esquire. What’s that? It is a Title of Nobility…every single attorney is an esquire, as well as judges… So the bar exam, if you don’t pass, you cannot be an attorney. And you know what they teach on the bar exam, for all these guys that want to be lawyers? They teach them how to apply the UCC in the courtroom. That’s what they teach.”

Bacchus continued our discussion by giving examples of how she has applied what she’s learned to benefit her own life and how she teaches what she’s learned to students around the world.  As she said, “The United States of America is 14 square miles of Washington, D.C.—it’s a corporation…the 50 states, they’ve made them corporations. But they’re not states. They’re republics.”

I think it is important to listen to what Bacchus has learned and to let all people around the world know that what they think is a country or government, is nothing but a corporation created to “make money”—after all—isn’t this what a corporation is created to do? The key point is for the population to understand what game is being played so that they can learn how to exit the “hoodwink”!
