DESANTIS’ PROSECUTORS SUPPORT MURDER CHARGE AGAINST NEELY BLANCHARD WITH PHOTOS OF BLANCHARD AT “TRUMP RALLY” AND PICTURE OF DONALD TRUMP – QANON

More facts are emerging regarding Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ now-failed-plan to become President of the United States, a feat he believed he was going to accomplish through a conspiracy with the FBI and others to orchestrate a series of BIDEN INDICTMENTS against President Donald Trump – and then in a final blow to Trump planned for April 2024, indirectly link Trump to a murder in Ocala, Florida.

The plot involved the assassination-style shooting of Christopher Edward Hallett who was shot multiple times in the back of the head in his Ocala, Florida home on November 15, 2020. Hallett’s beloved friend and colleague Neely Petrie-Blanchard was quickly arrested and subsequently charged, for what instantly exploded into the mainstream news as the “E~Clause Murder” by the “QAnon Mom” who was a “Sovereign Citizen“.

Blanchard, now charged with First Degree Premeditated Murder with a Firearm (STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE-BLANCHARD) has been incarcerated in the Marion County Jail in Florida since 2020 (with no bond hearing).

The Prosecution alleges Blanchard simply snapped on November 15, 2020, and murdered Hallett because, they allege, she realized Hallett, who was assisting her with legal paperwork and filing complex documents with the Legislature regarding the custody of her children, had betrayed her in some way. The Probable Cause police report said Blanchard shouted, “You’re hurting my kids you bastard” at the time of the shooting.

Nobody at the scene was tested for gunpowder – including Blanchard.

Marion County States Attorneys Amy Berndt and Toby Hunt told Alexandra Koukounakis, Toronto, Canada, during a phone conference, in an expression void of any sense of justice, that the only thing they need to convince a jury of is that Blanchard committed the murder.

The Prosecution has expressed in court filings that the murder case is actually very simple. “As to the complexity of the case, from a purely proof standpoint, the case is no more complicated than an armed robbery of a bank by a masked man,” the Prosecution said.

Prosecutors Berndt and Hunt argued the case was simple, and during a recorded call with Koukounakis, expressed that any other information surrounding the Hallett murder was of no interest to them, unless it supported their prosecution of a relatively simple murder case.

Court records show the Prosecution did file a document they received entitled “Nefarious Network Report” but there’s no indication they were interested in the contents of the report.

Significant developments began to emerge in 2024 when Blanchard abruptly fired her attorney Jack Maro. Blanchard told Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada, she realized, after reading a letter from Maro, that he was working with the FBI and had developed a Defense Theory for her that involved calling multiple anti-Trumpers as “expert witnesses” who would testify regarding QAnon, cults, mind-control, the so-called [non-existent] Sovereign Citizen movement, and conspiracy theories.

One of Maro’s expert witnesses was Alan Hassan who is an author and published The Cult of Trump: A Leading Cult Expert Explains How the President Uses Mind Control.

The Defense Theory, that was kept very quiet in the background, lingered like a slow burning fuse, as Blanchard’s trial dates were continued time after time by Administrative Judge Lisa Herndon, as the four BIDEN INDICTMENTS against Trump dominated the news and Trump powered on with his campaign for the White House in 2024.

We have now learned, from Blanchard herself, that she has been served with TANGIBLE EVIDENCE that remains locked from public view on the Marion County Clerk of Courts website.

Blanchard said there’s “four pictures from my Facebook – one was from August 1, 2018. Blanchard said one anonymous poster on her Facebook used the name Barney Fife.

The evidence submitted shows the TRUMP-focused DEFENSE THEORY, was in fact part of the PROSECUTION’s objective as well – THE WHOLE TIME!

This means the Prosecution was lying when they said it was a simple murder, and shows their strategy and objective was the same as Jack Maro and the FBI which was to CONNECT President Trump to “QAnon” and “Sovereign Citizens”.

“The first picture was August 1, 2018, it’s when I was at the Trump Rally in Tampa. “It’s me and like a bunch of people standing there,” Blanchard said.

Blanchard said there was a picture from December 25, 2018, about “Pizzagate”.

Another picture was from December 25, 2018, “It says where there was once darkness there is now light – QANON.pub its got a picture of Trump on kind of like standing in the light,” she said.

Blanchard described a picture from June 22, 2020 that “got a little heart – just a little heart WWG1WG ALL – that’s WHERE WE GO ONE WE GO ALL” Blanchard said.

September 15, 2018, that showed a picture of a General accepting an award for service to American by “Lt. General Michael Flynn“.
