While Maro diabolically worked with the FBI to create the appearance through media operatives that Blanchard was guilty of shooting Christopher Hallett, because she was pleading “insanity” – that’s not true. Through court filings made by Blanchard herself, it turns out Blanchard believed her defense surrounded what is called the “Havana Syndrome” and EXTREMELY UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES that occurred at the residence of Christopher Hallett on the evening of November 15, 2020, that may have involved some kind of Directed Energy Weapon (DEW). Law enforcement records show telephone service and 911 accessibility VANISHED at the Hallett address for several minutes while the shooting allegedly occurred.  Both Blanchard and another female, Shannon Mutter Tanis, both said 911 would not work.

Alexandra Koukounakis, Toronto, Canada, spoke with Marion County States Attorneys Amy Berndt and Toby Hunt regarding a well-documented, and long since identified collective of FBI-CIA operatives that embedded themselves into Blanchard’s life before the murder, and were actively manipulating her, while simultaneously plotting against Hallett in writing and openly predicting Hallett’s death if they didn’t get what they wanted.

In an extremely creepy snapshot into the diabolical minds of States Prosecutors Hunt and Berndt, the duo told Koukounakis that the only thing they have to convince a jury of, is that Neely Blanchard shot Christopher Hallett – and nothing else matters. The investigation of the murder was/is essentially non-existent and is so bad that nobody known to be at the murder scene was tested for gunpowder – including Neely Blanchard.

There is a KNOWN reason for Hunt and Berndt’s behavior. It was revealed by FBI William Murtaugh that although he (Murtaugh) initially said he was receiving all the Blanchard case files from the Clerk of Court, he eventually admitted he was actually receiving all the evidence, data, and media from the Marion County States Attorney’s Office itself. Murtaugh came clean after Koukounakis telephoned the Clerk of Court in Marion County and the Clerk categorically stated they did not give the data to Murtaugh. Murtaugh was working with Blanchard’s own attorney Jack Maro, and publishing that Blanchard is “guilty”.
