Mainstream news is reporting a judge has determined that Hunter Biden’s legal team lied to the Clerk about pleadings in his Delaware case.

Specifically, a lawyer from Hunter’s legal team is accused of misrepresenting who she was when asking to remove amicus materials from the docket. She allegedly called to ask the clerk to seal the information instead of making a formal request to the court.

“The Court has discussed the matter with the relevant individuals in the Clerk’s Office and has been informed that the caller, Ms. Jessica Bengels, represented that she worked with Mr. Kittila and requested the amicus materials be taken down because they contained sensitive grand jury, taxpayer and social security information,” the order read. 

“The Court will temporarily place the document under seal until close of business on July 26, 2023 to afford Defendant the opportunity to try to make the requisite showing,” the order read. “Should Defendant fail to make that showing, the document will be unsealed in its entirety.”

As the activities of the Biden crime family continue to spill out in all directions, which includes evidence of international human trafficking that is being widely reported on, there is emerging evidence that shows there may be even more tampering with U.S. Court files. The bizarre activities of attorneys involved in fraud and shenanigans involving court documents in the Hunter Biden case may only be the tip of the iceberg.

Timothy Charles Holmseth, the Plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against Ohio Governor Mike DeWine in the Eastern District of Tennessee, posted a U.S. Court document on TRUTH SOCIAL today. The document was filed by the U.S. Clerk of Court and has appeared on PACER.

The document shows U.S. Court documents mailed to Holmseth through the USPS was inexplicably stopped.

There may be a connection between the Holmseth case and the Biden case, and it involves the Biden crime family, FBI, human trafficking, and the attempted overthrow of the U.S. Government by plotters who are attempting to avoid prosecution for crimes against children and humanity.

The Tennessee case filed by Holmseth against DeWine and public officials in Belmont County, Ohio, shows Belmont County and the STATE OF OHIO deployed a scheme and hoax against Holmseth, a War Correspondent and journalist, wherein they used tracking numbers of the United States Postal Service and FED EX to prove they officially served Holmseth with court documents – BUT, both tracking numbers were dead ends, and actually revealed no mail was ever even put on a truck!

There is presently an active mail fraud investigation by the USPS into the matter that is in front of the U.S. Court in Greeneville, Tennessee.

The Belmont County case was filed against Holmseth in STATE OF OHIO, while Holmseth had a civil RICO case filed in the Middle District of Tennessee – Holmseth v. Page et al – 3:22-cv-00912 that set forth the details of a human trafficking operation being run by members of the U.S. Military, FBI, Special Forces, and others.

Belmont County Judge Frank Fregiato used the fake tracking number to justify placing Holmseth’s name into a federal database called the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
