U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson quit his day job after his seditious attempts to control the investigations into BOTH the SHOOTER and the SHOOTING VICTIM of the so-called ICE shooting that occurred on January 7, 2026, in Minnesota FAILED.

Video footage taken at the scene of the so-called ‘ICE shooting’ of Renee Macklin Good in Minnesota captured Good’s live-in partner, Rebecca Good, who was part of the scene and yelled “drive baby drive, drive” to her parter Renee Good seconds before Renee Good was shot three times – only to be heard shortly thereafter screaming a question at someone “why did you have real bullets?!”.

U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson has now quit as U.S. Attorney (along with other members of his office) because the U.S. DOJ wants Thompson to perform an investigation of Rebecca Good. Simultaneously – Thompson’s co-conspirators want him to push for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension to be involved in the investigation of the shooting by ICE agent Jonathan Ross.

“Joe Thompson, the career U.S. Justice Department attorney best known for prosecuting social services fraud in Minnesota, has resigned along with other experienced attorneys at the Minnesota U.S. Attorney’s Office. The move comes after top Justice Department officials pushed the Minnesota U.S. Attorney’s Office to investigate the widow of Renee Macklin Good, the person shot and killed last week by ICE agent Jonathan Ross, MPR News has learned,” Mankato Free Press reported.

“Thompson, 47, also objected to the DOJ’s decision to exclude the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension from the investigation into the shooting and the department’s reluctance to investigate Ross, according to a person familiar with Thompson’s decision,” Mankato Free Press reported.

THE FAILED PLAN TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PUBLIC 

Thompson’s original and seditious role was to announce criminal charges in the massive Somali fraud case, a military grade tactic designed by seditionists to use the judicial system in a coup against the United States. The plan was for Thompson to secretly partner with enemy (fake news) media and others including Amy Klobuchar, to seize the high ground in the ‘narrative war’ by creating the appearance he was the emerging American hero that was pursuing the Somali enemy.

The tactical objective of the enemy was to have Thompson (and the positive public image created for him by the enemy media) in place when the Immigration Defense Network and other seditious organizations planned an ICE shooting to occur that would capture and perpetually dominate national headlines – – – that planned shooting happened on January 7, 2026, when an ICE officer, Jonathan Ross, shot Renee Macklin Good in Minnesota.

The conspiracy to traumatize the American public with a videotaped shooting of a protestor by an ICE agent took an un-expected turn when a video surfaced on social media that captured Renee Good’s partner, Rebecca Good, who was part of the shooting scene, screaming “why did you have real bullets“?

Thompson cannot investigate Rebecca Good because the investigation leads right back to himself as a suspected co-conspirator.

For example – Thompson would be required to ask Rebecca Good why she yelled, “Why did you have real bullets?”  Thompson would also be required to ask ICE agent Jonanthan Ross, if he knew WHY Rebecca Good thought he would not be using “real bullets”.

Thompson’s culpability is highlighted by the fact Thompson is angry the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is not being allowed to infiltrate the federal investigation.

Thompson’s attempts to involve Drew Evans and his corrupt BCA lead the State of Minnesota’s cover-up of Jeffrey Epstein CIA-FBI child sex traffickers abducting a Minnesota journalist and attempting to destroy EPSTEIN FILES from the journalist’s computer.
