On June 4, 2024, Phil Williams, News 5 Nashville reported, “Millersville commissioners stand with assistant police chief – and his Covenant School conspiracies“.

The local government news piece by Williams is about the ongoing issues in Millersville, Tennessee, where the city’s assistant chief of police Shawn Taylor has created quite a stir with what the City Police Department calls “Operation Clean Sweep”.

Operation Clean Sweep is a somewhat mysterious, multi-faceted operation, comprised of a partnership between City of Millersville, and an Arizona-based group that describes itself as “…a 5O1C3 nonprofit organization that was founded in April of 2017. Our team is comprised of military professionals, former and current law enforcement, senior intelligence community veterans, child abuse and trafficking survivors, and people who are willing to do whatever it takes to end child trafficking in the USA“.

The press release by the Arizona group categorically states the organization is a legitimate and official law enforcement function wherein it said, “Our team is comprised of … current law enforcement”. 

War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth contacted the Millersville Chief of Police/City Manager Bryan Morris and inquired if the city had a Joint Powers Agreement and associated Bonding to the City’s so-called “Joint Operations” with the Arizona group.

Police Chief Morris did not reply.

As part of Operation Clean Sweep, City of Millersville and the Arizona-based group created and executed a ‘to catch a predator type’ web-based child sex predator sting conducted from a shed. The Millersville City spokesman for Operation Clean Sweep, the founder of the Arizona group, published a video press release that can be seen on their website.

The Millersville Police, through their Arizona spokesman, announced they had 70 “warrants” that are being processed and “arrests” are imminent. However, after TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported on the story, Taylor subsequently admitted City of Millersville does not have jurisdiction beyond their city. Taylor in-as-much admitted they did not really have “warrants” per say, but rather they possessed sexually charged chat logs they would present to a judge as Probable Cause in hopes of a judge signing a warrant and/or subpoena.
