INTRODUCTORY NOTE: Evidence shows that in the Summer of 2020 the FBI in Minneapolis, Minnesota met with William Kevin Murtaugh (who cynically suggests his true identity is actually that of the infamous mobster and FBI informant James ‘Whitey’ Bulger’) developed a plan to murder a Congressional Auditor named Christopher Edward Hallett in his Ocala, Florida home whereupon the blame would be placed on Hallett’s professional associate Neely Petrie Blanchard who, as part of the conspiracy, would be assigned the political title “QAnon Mom”. The plan involved the publication of stories about the “QAnon Mom” to be disseminated by the FBI’s media partners including the Daily Beast. Neely Blanchard was being targeted because she was part of a collective of law-abiding American citizens that was filing grievances via the proper processes with U.S. Congress, State and U.S. Courts, that was rapidly exposing the Courts, Attorneys, Judges, private contractors, and others for corruption that was so vast, horrific, and profound that the United States of America could not sustain it.

On March 26, 2020, NEWS 40 in Bowling Green, Kentucky reported an AMBER ALERTED had been cancelled and “Twins found unharmed, mother taken into custody”. The NEWS 40 story was in regard to Neely Petrie Blanchard who was being held in the Hopkins County Jail awaiting extradition to Logan County facing charges of “kidnapping” and “custodial interference”.

On April 3, 2020, John Anthony Gentry, Certified Public Accountant, acting “sui juris” filed 4:20-cv-00049-JHM – AMENDED CORRECTED PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. 2241 – into the U.S. Court for the WESTERN DISTRICT OF KENTUCKY AT OWENSBORO.

Gentry, Tennessee, was a candidate for State Senate at the time and was acting as “Next Friend” on behalf of Petitioner Neely Petrie Blanchard who was seeking relief from the federal court against the Superintendent of the Hopkins County Jail, her mother, Susan Blanchard, and other unnamed State and County officials.

Shortly after Blanchard’s bizarre arrest, which included law enforcement telling a news reporter they received assistance from the U.S. Secret Service in the case, which was a local mother having physical possession of her own children, Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida, went Live on Zoom and made a formal statement about his involvement in the Blanchard case.

“I’m here to come out an make an official statement,” Hallett said. “I’m here to dispel any of the SMU (Shit Made Up) associated with this case and further clarify E~Clause’s involvement”.

Hallett walked the viewers through formal Congressional filings he made for Blanchard which addressed “Weaponized Family Courts” and “Unlawful use of the Commerce Clause and Hobbs violations”. Evidence shows Blanchard was a Targeted Individual who had effectively crossed legal swords with elements of the Government that had devised coding technology and deceptive practices into the judicial systems computer apparatus and were operating an international human trafficking and child exploitation system, which put Blanchard on a course that was going to lead to the U.S. Congress.

Seven months later, on November 15, 2020, Neely Petrie Blanchard, as was prophetically stated by William Kevin Murtaugh, who has publicly suggested he is actually the infamous mobster and FBI informant James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, found herself facing First Degree Murder charges in Marion County, Florida, where she now stands accused of murdering Christopher Edward Hallett assassination-style in his own kitchen.
