In April 2007 the Defense Criminal Investigation Services (DCIS) with the Department of Defense (DoD) (aka Pentagon) received information from the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia concerning a national investigation being conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE had identified over 5,000 individuals who subscribed to websites that were known to contain child pornography. ICE designated their operation as PROJECT FLICKER.

The massive cover-up that followed created circumstances and perfect conditions for a foreign power to use the child porn videos identified during PROJECT FLICKER as weapons of war, whereby the videos, that contained a video of U.S. Vice President Mike Pence raping a little boy, would be used to blackmail the highest levels of the United States Government during a failed coup which occurred in January 2021.

One of the key figures in the coup was U.S. Army General Michael Flynn.

PROJECT FLICKER was an ICE investigation.

Note: Julie Lyn Myers Wood was the head of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in 2006. She served as Assistant Secretary for ICE from January 4, 2006, following a recess appointment by President George W. Bush. Myers was nominated by Bush on June 30, 2005, but the Senate did not vote on her nomination; instead, he gave her a recess appointment effective January 4, 2006. She held the position until her Senate confirmation in December 2007, after which she resigned in November 2008.

Note: In 2007, U.S. Army General Michael Flynn was serving as the Director of Intelligence for the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) under General Stanley McChrystal. This role placed him at the heart of U.S. counterterrorism operations, with direct responsibility for intelligence matters in support of special operations missions.

Note: In 2019 David Lester Straight, self-described U.S. Secret Service told FBI Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking witness Timothy Charles Holmseth that he worked on several commissions including ‘Human Trafficking’ under President Donald Trump. Straight said his point of contact was “Melania Trump” – that he (Straight) operated under Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Straight told Holmseth that he viewed a video of Vice President Mike Pence raping a little boy. Straight told Holmseth he was able to view the rape videos because he had U.S. Secret Service clearance because he once protected “President Bush“. Straight told Holmseth he assisted the U.S. Marines transfer 2,100 children from cages underground in California to a military base and locations in Texas.

Note: During this time period Timothy Charles Holmseth was also communicating with CIA officer Robert David Steele and Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Biss Law Office, Charlottesville, Virginia. Holmseth had been put into contact with CIA Steele by Sarah Westall, Business Game Changers, Minnesota, because, Westall said, Steele was trying to convince his (Steele’s) attorney (Steven Biss) to take Holmseth’s case in Minnesota where Holmseth was being repeatedly judicially kidnapped by local cops in East Grand Forks, MN, for publishing information he (Holmseth) had given the FBI about Jeffrey Epstein’s child sex traffickers. Steele scheduled Holmseth to testify before the International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ) in England. Holmseth subsequently retained Biss for $10,000.00 (every last dime Holmseth had).

Note: In 2021, hours before the chaos in Washington DC that occurred on January 6, 2021, Attorney Lin Wood launched a Tweet Storm that was intended to kick off violence in DC. Wood’s first Tweet of the Storm was to President Donald Trump wherein Wood advised Trump to read a MEMO he’d attached to the Tweet. The MEMO was authored by Timothy Charles Holmseth and had long since been delivered to U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions by Holmseth via Certified Mail. The MEMO alerted Sessions to the impending peril of the U.S. Government that was being caused by “Pam Bondi” and Michael Pence as it related to an international human harvesting operation connected to Jeffrey Epstein’s “pedophile island”. Wood’s Tweet Storm included information Wood said he had about rape and murder videos of high-level government officials and judges raping and murdering children – videos to which he possessed access codes that he received from Hollywood actor Isaac Kappy. Wood attempted to softly extort President Trump into appointing Attorney Sidney Powell as a Special Prosecutor. Wood said he would only turn the videos over to General Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, and/or President Trump.
