Update on the Helen Grus hearings that concluded at the end of May, 2024
Please read the whole Helen Grus coverage we have so far at RAIR Foundation at this link.
VERY sorry to all that this story is so late in coming. The good news, such as it is, is that the hearings which were supposed to have concluded in the last round, have been extended into what looks like next year. According to the OPS website, January 6-10 & 14-17, 2025 in fact. The purpose is most likely to hurt Helen who has to pay her own legal fees, as opposed to an increasingly dialectical state which invents the resources it needs to prosecute anyone who challenges state narratives. And that of course is Helen’s real crime. Not even that she challenged it so much as she dared consider a possibility which challenged the state narrative on the mRNA shots from a position of state authority and that. will. not. do.
Below please find the story that was written some weeks ago at the conclusion of the most recent set of hearings of Detective Helen Grus which was in May 27-31.

In what was supposed to be the final week of the Helen Grus hearings, more astonishing tactics were rolled out against the defendant, Ottawa Police detective, Helen Grus.
At one point, the prosecution suggested that the hearing would be better served if they continued without her lawyer in the room. In fact they also locked all media out at one point during the week. Please see this Tweet from journalist, Jason Lavigne who attended the hearings all week:
Folks,
To be very clear, this is how @OttawaPolice were protecting themselves from the truth of Det. Helen Grus getting out.
The public, the media (myself included), and even defence counsel Bath-Shebia van den Berg herself were locked out.

The process itself is so clearly flawed that frustration was evident on the faces of the people in the hearing room, which iwas well attended by journalists from The Rebel, Robert Kraychik, Jason Lavigne, and a writer from True North.
RAIR Foundation attended some of the sessions during what was to be the final week of hearings, but will now reconvene in December of this year for yet another week.
We caught up to Jason Lavigne on the opening day of the hearings this past week on May 27th. The following interview was done at the lunch break, which the hearings officer mysteriously decided would be the point at which they would adjourn for the day.
Jason explains how the prosecution kept the process contentious by arguing Helen’s right to examine her own notes from the dates where she was alleged to be insubordinate.
Much of the testimony on the 28th dealt with how Helen was treated because she did not wish to disclose her vaccine status.
At this point of the hearings, we are at least getting to the meat of the matter. That Helen had reasons to suspect a potential connection between the unprecedented 7 deaths of breastfeeding babies over a couple of weeks, and the mRNA injection status of the mothers.
Whatever the actual charges against Detective Grus actually are, it appears to be about punishing anyone in a position of authority for daring to question the safety of the vaccines.
There was a great deal of support for Helen at the Hearings including a woman pictured above, who some weeks before, had arranged a small protest on Parliament Hill to get signatures and statements of support for Helen.
She came to the hearings on May 27th to deliver the paper flowers, cards, statements and signatures she has been collecting for weeks now on behalf of Detective Grus.
Below, the presentation at the hearings for Helen on Monday the 27th.
RAIR Foundation went to Parliament on May 13th, Mother’s Day, and spoke with Meela, who organized the tribute on May 13th about why she created this initiative on behalf of Helen Grus.
Below, The Rebel’s Robert Kraychik offers an update on the hearings on the same day and includes some background on Helen, what her responsibilities with the police actually are, and why the charges make little sense.
Robert also details the curious choice of a hearings officer who has zero legal training, as well as a speech problem, which Robert likens to “hiring a midget to play in the NBA.”
As the hearings against Helen continue, one cannot help but wonder if the real purpose of them is that political authorities feel that should the public get wind of the idea that what were tantamount to mandatory experimental injections caused the deaths of babies, it could go very, very badly for them.
