The highly tarnished silver lining in a Mamdani election

[The following essay is a geopolitical analysis based on current and past events and using aspects of game theory to determine how things may go in the future because of those events. In no way am I, or we at VladTepes, advocating for any kind of group or individual actions which would be illegal in any way.]

One of the reasons the communist/Islamic alliance has been so stunningly successful in destroying the West in every attribute that capable think tanks can possibly identify as being attributes of a republic and Socratic civilization, is that both communists and Muslims are generally more patient, and hold a longer view of events than Westerners do. This is in no small part because of the unprecedented success of Western civilization in producing real world results that create abundance and solve major problems often very quickly. So much so that abundance and success are the waters we swim in blissfully unaware that these things are the results of our culture and systems of organization.

As a result, communism and Islam have advanced at a far far greater rate than the rate at which Western peoples are becoming alert and aware of the consequences of these Lines of Effort to destroy us all at every level imaginable.

Granted, this is also because most mass-media are captured and working all in for these efforts. Same with universities. But both of those examples are also due to the slow boil method. The frog, as they say, does not know it is being boiled alive if you turn the heat up slowly enough. And Marxist teachers and professors have been penetrating the various school systems and teachers unions since 1930s and 1940s communists started those exact lines of operation. 

Even so, Now and again an event happens which accelerates the awakening process by the sleeping multitudes.

And at that point, the enemy has to show its hand.

The mass stabbing of little girls in Southport when they were at a Taylor Swift dance party by a Muslim jihadi was such an event. The state had to deploy its heavy hand to suppress what was obvious truth to all. And that awoke people to the fact that the state operated dialectically, even if they didn’t see it in those terms. What they did see, is that the state had abandoned a truth based civilization for a control based tyranny using state thugs with a monopoly on use of force and weapons and prisons for narrative enforcement instead of crime prevention.

We are watching this play out again with the train stabbings of a couple of days ago. The state has seemingly plugged holes where truth can get out and we are led to believe that one or two people from the Caribbean, British born or otherwise, carried out a mass stabbing attack on a train with no motive at all. Something no one from the Caribbean with a culture from the islands has ever done, or planned on doing in any detectible way. Unless they were Muslim of course.

The modus here is so obviously Islamic that I would go out on a limb and say that even if these one or two attackers were singers in the Church Choir, they would not have done this if Islam had not changed the culture and public perception of what is doable or acceptable in a situation where people are vulnerable to an attack like that. In other words, even if it wasn’t Muslims who did it, it was Islam and Islamic jihad that inspired it. Prior to 911 2001 people didn’t even see passengers on mass transit as vulnerable to mass casualty attacks. We were a high trust society because it was homogeneous in at least some way that mattered. Culture being first and foremost of those ways.

Which brings me circuitously to the upcoming New York Mayoral election.

The bookies all have communist-Islamic candidate Mamdani to win. The consequences will be noticeable very quickly, and with a Trump White House, we will very likely see a new zeitgeist.

A civil war at likely several levels at once would be visible. Kinetic to some degree, economic for sure, and legislative in that we will see a much harder push to disadvantage Western cultural staples like Christianity for the benefit of anything destructive to Christianity and Western culture and history. Islam and communism for sure. Probably Satanism and other forms of attack on the West will be promoted and financed until they are no longer needed by Islam and communism, then they too shall go the way of the Dodo. And equally peacefully. 

Game theory stipulates that people do not engage in conflict unless certain conditions are met, which Game theory also has put into formulas with predictive value.

People have to believe that the cost of engaging in conflict is cheaper than not engaging. It is one of the reasons a lot of people don’t divorce who might otherwise want to.

Game theory also stipulates that it is more than people’s analysis of what is less costly, it is also perceived cost as much or more than real costs.

This explains why people stay in bad or abusive relationships, average down on stocks, or continually repair a bad car to try and ‘recover’ the costs of previous repairs. All matters of perceived costs which are not objectively real at all. In all three cases people are spending good money, energy and emotional output to preserve that which they already spent, when they would be farther ahead to cut their losses and start fresh.

This is partly why so few have fought back up till now. The perceived cost of fighting back has been estimated by most as not worth it because they do not calculate the real costs of not fighting back. In other words, fighting back at an early stage might make you unpopular, interfere with reproductive activities, or maybe even cost you a promotion at work, while not fighting back will in reality take more from you than you ever realized you even had to lose.

But when Mamdani starts to implement measures which will require the federal government to either pay for them, or pay for the consequences of not paying for them, the equation of the cost-benefit of actually fighting back might change a lot.

And given the curve of the increased influence and power of communism and Islam Vs. the curve of people waking up to the threat at a point where they no longer have peaceful or systemic means to stop its advance, the sooner a real fight back happens the better the chances of success for a republic to be restored, and equally important, the less damage gets done in the process. In other words, the lower the cost to us all as compared to waiting 4 hundred years like the Spanish did for the Reconquista.

As an illustration of that last point, its quite possible that had people started to object to communism and Islam when this website first started, all these problems could have been solved potentially by how people voted, and writing letters, and handing out fliers and normalizing the truth at water coolers at the work place in casual conversation.

None of those things can work at this point, and frankly, many of them are no longer even legal in many countries that are banning counter-narrative speech as a ‘hate-crime’. The cost benefit of fighting back has consistently moved in favour of not fighting back because the enemy has anticipated a slow wake-up of the masses and made sure that any effective measure would not be legal or practical.

Until something happens that makes enough people willing to risk what they have left to try and stop the slide into complete tyranny. And the election of Mamdani and the consequent reaction by the White House may well be that Point de Bascule.
