1. EVERY WORD Mamdani said about Islam is a lie in this speech segment. EVERY WORD, albeit mostly lies of omissions but they are whoppers.

I guess I should list a couple of them. What he said about Buddhism is basically true. But not mentioning how many Buddhists where slaughtered to extinction by INVADING (not travelling) Muslims for the purpose of Islamic global manifest destiny is a whopper of a lie of omission.

Islamic scripture is actually pretty clear on the importance of hating what allah hates. Which of course is any non Muslims and especially the ones who refuse to convert or actually fight back.

One commonly quoted version (with wording variations across collections):

“The strongest bond of faith is loving for the sake of Allah and hating for the sake of Allah.”

“…Allah will bring a people whom He loves and who love Him… humble toward the believers, firm toward the rejecters…”

Qur’an 3:28 in a commonly used English translation (Sahih International):

“Let not the believers take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. And whoever does that has nothing with Allah, except when taking precaution against them in prudence. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the final return.”

Reliance of the Traveller:

• Hating disobedience/sin for the sake of Allah

Qur’an 47:9

“That is because they hated what Allah revealed, so He rendered their deeds worthless.”

Mamdani uses the initiate language of Islam, and the assumption that most of his listeners have no idea abut the religion at all. Those listeners are generally  desperate to pretend that it is just like Christianity or Judaism somehow and anyone who things otherwise is somehow a racist.

Another example of Mamdani’s moral inversion, this time of the communist variety.

2. It is unfortunate that Elon Musk felt it was necessary to make this video. It should be something every Western kid learned by grade 3. Really.

3. Here are three links to an odd story about some East Asian kids arrested on vague terrorism charges and weapons charges. From what is described, like most Canadian news now, you really know less after reading it than before. Also it kinda reminds me of Gerald Bull for some reason. The Canadian weapons maker that was alternately hired or jailed by various countries, and ended up making some really giant guns for Saddam Hussein.

C seems to point at Iranian involvement though, and not necessarily in terms of the events described in A and B. It does make one wonder about Canadian universities though.

4. One way the Canadian government has been dealing with massive amounts of various crimes, is just making it legal. Especially for the government.
