1. The other day in the park, I ran into an older gentleman, an intellectual. A man with a great deal of professional experience in Canada. Experience in general. After a brief conversation he advised me to read the Gulag Archipelago. Which as it happens, I am doing. At least the audio book version, which is available free on YouTube and frankly, anyone who can understand a thing on this site should really listen through it themselves.

This fellow assured me that Canada is communist, and while the most draconian aspects of a Soviet state are not yet in place, the philosophy and ‘legal’ foundations for it already are.

2. About Barry Neufeld, a former school trustee that was opposed to the Gender identity Maoist mass line narrative attack. He was redefined as an employer specifically to make him eligible for the massive fine the dialectically named, BC Human Rights Commission gave him amounting to $750,000.00

The “Human Rights Commissions” are not actual courts with real judges. BUT, if you refuse to pay one of their fines or otherwise do not obey there often illegal or unconstitutional punishments, like not talking about the sentence they give you or your case after rendering judgement on you as they did to BC comedian, Guy Earl, your case does go to a real court which may then add to the sentence and use prison as an incentive to obey the courts.

We are talking about an agency here who forced (as a byproduct of a 12,000.00 fine)  an African immigrant to sell his home because he had walked into the apartment of a Muslim Tennant within his house (he rented out part of the house to help pay the mortgage) without taking his shoes off. The Muslim had decided his apartment was a mosque. So not taking off his shoes was a violation of the Tennant’s right and the fine meant he could not longer afford to keep the property.

This was in 2017 in Toronto.

Now the HRCs are more than just playing politically correct poker, as Ezra Levant used to call it, but are enforcing state narratives aggressively. This site covered the ‘Jessica’ Yaniv story closely. A man who decided to call himself a woman, then try and force ethnic migrants from countries that still know the difference between men and women, to shave his testicles for him and if they said no, they would not pretend they were a vagina, he sued them through the HRCs and WON EVERY TIME.

3. One wonders how many of these are in positions of government authority in Canada, but charges will never be levelled as Canada has special protection for leftists in power. Especially criminal ones.

4. Speaking of enforced state narratives, one of the most protected ones is mass immigration of people who’s values are diametrically opposed to those of a Western republic. We see frequently across the West cases where an illegal immigrant get a lighter sentence than they should, in order not to interfere with their immigration status. Of course in a non-suicidal state, the second someone commits a crime, and that would include immigrating illegally, they would be deported. Unlike this recent case in Spain for example. Where he raped a 14 year old and got community service and a fine, presumably so it wouldn’t interfere with his immigration status.

5. Meanwhile, in US public schools…

A number of years ago, the Law Society of Upper Canada, now the law society of Ontario, tried to force a DEI policy on all law firms, to drop merit and hire based on race and whatever other criteria, real or imagined that the state could force on them. After some pushback they decided to restrategise in their efforts to make Law firms Communist in nature.

This appears to be another effort.

7. Medical research ain’t what we thought it was. Mind you this footage is from 2014. So maybe it never was. Still, maltreatment of the dead is an oder of magnitude less problematic than maltreatment of the living.

8.  Hopefully everyone remembers the US debacle of the gay wedding cake. A Christian baker was destroyed by the press and courts (IIRC) for refusing to make a gay wedding cake. They did suggest politely where they could go, and never abused the customer. But it sparked one hell of a, let’s say what appeared to be a conflicting rights debate. This next item 100% settles the issue. It never had anything to do with conflicting rights. It was always about dialectical destruction of Christianity and Christian values in every possible way.
