DEI – Bourbon Street and the Federal Government – A Lot of Problems

Guest Editorial:
In light of the Islamic Jihadist terrorist attack in New Orleans on New Year’s Day, I was not surprised to see the FBI was still in the hands of amateurs. The New Orleans FBI Spokesman, the Special Agent in Charge, was a young black woman, articulate but uneasy. That was okay until she said, with the authority of the FBI, that the Bourbon Street attack was “not an act of terrorism.” I knew right then we were probably witnessing another example of failed DEI schemes. No more are agents with years of criminal investigative experience running things; nope, not at all. The priority for promotion in the Obama-Biden scheme demands females and/or people of color, regardless of their street experience, their ability, or their knowledge, will lead the parade. “They’ll learn as they go along.” Experience and meritocracy have been relegated to the same level of nonimportance as SAT scores for college entry. From federal law enforcement, transparency is not to be expected.
But something instantly happened. The media demanded information quickly, and the New Orleans FBI SAC was shunted aside to be replaced by an FBI Deputy Assistant Director, who was quickly sent down to staunch the bleeding. “Yes, it was an act of terrorism.” Then, he muddied the waters when he said: “There’s no “definitive link” between this attack and the Tesla Cybertruck bombing at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas.” Were we expected to accept that the Bourbon Street and Las Vegas attacks that happened within hours of each other were not connected? Maybe not, but it may be a supreme coincidence that both men rented their vehicles through the Turo app, that both had served at Ft. Bragg, NC, and both had served in Afghanistan! But this information is all speculative without solid connecting facts. The FBI claims Jabbar acted alone, despite early first reports suggesting a possible conspiracy. They muddy the water.
The New Orleans bomber was an American of African descent, once an army computer IT geek with family and financial problems like many of us have. How, why, and when did he convert to Islam and follow its demands to attack infidels? That is yet to be reported. The Las Vegas bomber was a White soldier trained in Special Ops as a Green Beret who shot himself in the head as he set off his carload of fireworks. I’d guess that the several comparisons were, in fact, coincidental. Those connectivity questions still hang out there as questions to be answered, but do not expect the FBI to be transparent, especially if the facts depict Islam unfavorably. We’ll be told: “It’s still under investigation,” meaning there will be no more discussion on the matter. These same issues were first revealed when Donald Trump took a near-life-ending bullet last July in Butler, Pa. The USSS agent in charge, supposedly a woman with a baby, wasn’t even there. Homeland Security agents untrained in close protection, including several females, were substituted on the Trump detail over the professionalism of trained USSS Special Agents. But do not worry; it was only Donald Trump! It is sad to see because it confirms our worst suspicions about the quality and focus of federal law enforcement under Democrat regimes. We fear correctly, they can’t be trusted!
As the FBI narrative stumbles, because it is in their DNA to dissemble, lie, or deny the facts we all saw and understood, or deny what other sources revealed, they drag out this poor simple creature posing as President Joe Biden to explain things so we’ll believe it. His only remarks were a “me too” comment on grieving with the families of the victims, agreeing to the ID of the New Orleans bomber and the ISIS and bomb accruements found in his vehicle at the scene.
Americans, no longer content to be fed BS by FBI spokesmen, will turn to other sources for their information. Presently, that is conservative social media.
Until Kash Patel becomes FBI director, the bureau will stall, squirm, delete, and obfuscate reports, even if a court orders them to do so under the FOIA. Many more questions need to be answered. We are told the New Orleans terrorist was radicalized to Islam. How? Why did he need it? Who did it, i.e., what Mosque did he attend, and is there a vast stockpile of arms in their basement? Did he and the dead, by suicide Las Vegas terrorist, serve together at Ft. Bragg, and why did both soldiers choose New Year’s Day to launch their attacks? Will we ever know? I can’t wait for Jan 20th to see changes coming. Since Obama, federal law enforcement has become very “Woke!” It must be strangled out of existence! That applies to the military as well.
Remember, freedom is the goal; the Constitution is the only way. Now, let’s help Make America Great Again!
Happy New Year!
