Islam Is Not Done With Us. Are We Ready to Meet It?

The New Year’s Day terrorist attack on Bourbon St., New Orleans, continues to excite comment, especially as new details are revealed. But, before I do, I need to correct an error in one of my earlier essays when I referred to the jihadist as an American of African descent. He wasn’t! He was an Arab, apparently American-born, but I’m still not sure about his birthplace, probably Texas. If he had an Islamic family background, that could explain his motives, but he didn’t! Apparently, according to his brothers, they were Christians. Also, I referred to the FBI’s initial spokesperson, a young black woman, as the Special Agent in Charge. That’s how the media introduced her. She wasn’t! Apparently she was an Assistant Special Agent in Charge, just as bad. Correcting the error answers his Arabic name and may explain his radicalism, but correcting her job position only confirms she’s still a DEI agent. So there, my Mea culpa!

The media, however, is always quick to be first with a scoop, as they nearly always screw up facts so badly in their haste that facts become conflicted and confused. Rhetoric, the use of words to draw a picture or describe an event, in the hands of journalist nincompoops, while sensational, is dangerous or misleading to our understanding. The FBI is never transparent because they usually don’t know the answers. Reading the names and short biographies of some of the victims of the Bourbon Street massacre, the word “senseless” came up as it often does in such cases when we pretend we don’t know why a murder occurred. Senseless does not apply to the Bourbon Street attack because it was an Islamic terrorist attack by a sole committed Jihadist even though he was supposedly an American. Judeo-Christian thought as it has been taught to Americans since our founding, cannot accept wanton murders as normal. Therefore, we do not understand the Islamic reasoning behind doing it. Consequently, we view all such outrages as “senseless.” To the strict followers of Islam, it makes all the sense in the world, and no Western law or Christian teaching will ever change it.

One of the victims killed in the attack was a young Muslim man named Karim Bilal Badawi. I don’t know if he is American, but he was out there early in the morning on Bourbon Street as a Muslim, celebrating the new year. He’s dead at the hands of another Muslim, and we call it “senseless.” It wasn’t senseless to his father, who wrote: “with sadness and grief,” he attributed his son’s death to “Allah’s decision and testing.” Christians do that as well, but instead, we ask why God would allow it to happen, a bit short of saying it was God’s will! To understand the dichotomy between the two and be able to respond to Islam when its teachings supplant common sense, Christians must first understand what’s written on the pages of the Quran. It’s from there they claim their authority to kill Infidels (nonbelievers) if they do not convert to Islam anywhere in the world. Obedience is expected, until we realize that Islam, with its Shariah Law, will continue to plague Westerners as victims of Jihadist attacks until we do submit.

We’re in for a long haul. Our Representative Republic, established upon Judeo-Christian values, cannot co-exist with Islam; we don’t have the same moral values. It’s a struggle between good and evil. Europe is quickly becoming an Islamic Caliphate, not by conquest but by being there outproducing Europeans in birth rates. Also, Muslims believe that “Europe is an unclean land, full of disbelievers (Infidels).” “Allah has appointed us as the Caliphate on earth, so wherever we are, the land is ours. We will take over Europe and establish the law of the Quran and Hadith.” Well, we can’t say we weren’t warned, can we?

Since Obama, our US government, especially in Democrat’s hands, is loathed to appear anti-Islamic because Obama, a crypto Muslim, when he took office and was fed intelligence reports about the bureau’s (FBI) post 9/11 targeting of Islamic groups, ordered all such operations to cease. The cooperation now between the highest levels of the FBI and CAIR, the Committee on American Islamic Relations, ordered by Obama, is as tight as that between the House and the Senate. Obama suspended all FBI training on how to deal with Islamic terrorism because, Obama said, there wasn’t any. And we’ve seen what’s happened since then. Since then, the Middle East has become a conflicted political and religious boiling pot. Obama’s Arab Spring scheme was a series of CIA-orchestrated anti-government(s) armed rebellions, leaving much of the Arab world in a mess. Egypt saw the Muslim Brotherhood for what it was: a terrorist organization determined to overthrow their government and stamped it out by jailing Obama’s pick for Egypt’s president and others with charges of treason.

Thanks to Obama and Joe Biden, America is now filled with Jihadist cells and individuals willing and ready to sacrifice their lives to the will of Allah. Even those born here today will become Jihadists willing to die because Allah expects it. If we cannot comprehend it, we will certainly pay dearly for it! New Orleans was a New Year’s message to America.
