After Trump gets policing in DC on the right track, maybe he should turn his attention to the libraries. One in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood is passing out an “ICE Watch” packet to help undermine the efforts of ICE to deport illegal aliens.

The packet advises people who witness or experience ICE interactions to report their experiences to a “Signal chat” and to record ICE officers.
