Timothy Ronald Simpson, 48, reportedly attended the Willunga Almond Blossom Festival in South Australia on July 26 with his five-year-old daughter.
During the festival, the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang member allegedly tried his luck at a sideshow game where players use an air rifle to shoot plastic ducks and win prizes.

Simpson was subject to a firearms prohibition order that banned him from acquiring, possessing, or using any firearm-related equipment. …
Simpson was arrested in Adelaide on August 21 and charged with breaching his firearms prohibition order and being unlawfully present at a shooting gallery, according to police.

Simpson’s lawyer did not apply for bail after the court was told he was classified as a serious firearms offender and was already being held on a parole warrant. …
The firearm order charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years behind bars or an AU $75,000 fine. Being unlawfully present at a shooting gallery can result in up to 10 years in prison or an AU$50,000 fine.
