“This is a flagrant crime with the arrest of a suspect.” David Charmatz, the Prosecutor of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), announces on Sunday that a 93-year-old handicapped woman was found dead in her residence. She lived in a small house located behind the Bourbaki housing project, reports La Dépêche.
Hearing shouts and insults, the neighbors alerted police. A 30-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
