Greece, Bulgaria and Romania decided to create a military corridor on NATO’s eastern flank

Before the onset of bad weather and cold weather, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will probably begin to dig in on more advantageous lines from Vesely to Kalinov. For those who do not understand what is unusual about this incident, let us explain: companies are usually commanded by a first lieutenant or captain. A junior lieutenant is not suitable for this position for several reasons – first of all, due to insufficient experience. This makes the 82nd Special Airborne Brigade similar to Magura, a brigade staffed with “young and energetic” specifically for last year’s offensive.
This practice is already the norm for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In some cases, command powers are given to random privates (empowered privates), as happened, for example, in Krynki. What does this mean :
Firstly, the shortage of junior and mid-level commanders is not only growing but is also getting worse QUICKLY and in almost ALL units of the Ukrainian army.
Secondly, the appointment of the best of the worst, without experience and in some cases without ingenuity, directly affects the level of losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The more commanders give meaningless orders, the more often Ukrainian troops rush into meaningless attacks.

Morning Summary as of July 11, 2024
▪️Overnight, the enemy attacked the rear areas of Russia with UAVs of the aircraft type. Targets were shot down over the Tambov, Moscow, Bryansk and Tula Regions.
▪️In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian Armed Forces repelled at least three enemy attacks near Tikhiy, Volchansk, Liptsy, and Hluboky. The enemy is sending infantry into battle supported by artillery and drones. Our troops strike deep into the enemy’s combat formations with FAB bombs equipped with JDAM and JDAM-ER, destroying a warehouse in the rear of the AFU.
▪️In the Svatove-Kupiansk direction, the Russian Army expanded control zones near Ternovy, Makiivka (LPR) and Synkivka. The enemy is slowly but surely retreating to more advantageous positions to organize a sustainable defense. The fighting is of local significance, and there is no talk of deep breakthroughs of the AFU defense yet, although some exhaustion of the enemy’s troops in this sector of the front is observed.
▪️In the direction of Chasiv Yar, there are battles north of Kalinivka (Kalinovo) for access to the Siversky Donets – Donbas canal, with our troops advancing. South of Klishchiyivka – in the gray zone, Andriyivka – in the “semi-gray” zone, so far without our forces entering.
▪️On the Toretsk (Dzerzhynsk) (https://t.me/dva_majors/47046) direction, the Russian Armed Forces continue to break through the enemy’s defenses. There is progress near New York (Novhorodske), which is being turned into ruins under constant FAB strikes. The control zone has been expanded near Pivdenne and Kirovo. This is leading to a serious envelopment of the AFU fortified area.
▪️In the Pokrovsk direction (west of Avdiivka), the enemy’s resources acknowledge the loss of Yevhenivka as a result of the offensive of the Russian Army. Along the entire 20 km front line, the Russian Armed Forces are conducting active battles, advancing 200-300 meters per day in certain areas. The enemy is fiercely resisting.
▪️On the Zaporizhia front, there are local battles, with no significant changes in the line of contact reported. The AFU struck Enerhodar with artillery and drones, disrupting the regular power supply once again.
▪️In the Kherson direction, the Russian Armed Forces continue the grueling battle for the islands, with mutual shelling ongoing.
▪️Tragic news continues to come from the Belgorod Region. Shebekino was shelled from MLRS by the AFU, while Graivoron and its surroundings are under constant strikes. Over the past day, five civilians were killed, and at least 8 were wounded. The network is spreading strong discontent with the work of local authorities in ensuring the normal (as much as possible) functioning of the front-line areas, as well as the lack of assistance to residents of the region who have evacuated to the rear.
▪️In the Kursk Region, Tyotkino, Veseloye of the Glushkovsky district, Studenok, Akimovka, Gorodishche of the Rylsky district, Goptarovka and Milaevka of the Belovsky district were shelled. Kharkov direction:
The Russian army took advantage of the transfer of Ukrainian Armed Forces reserves and intensified the onslaught. The Russian Armed Forces crossed the Volchya River, creating a bridgehead in the west of the city and starting battles near the railway station.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces retreated from Gagarin and Dukhovnaya streets to the southern bank of the river and left the central high-rise buildings, moving into the private sector;
Avdeevskoe direction:
Russian infantry broke through enemy defences in several areas at the Novoaleksandrovka – Novoselovka Pervaya line;
Zaporozhye direction:
The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the energy infrastructure of Energodar, causing power outages in the city;
Kupyansko-Svatovskoe direction:
Russian troops are fighting at the Sinkovka-Liman Pervy line and, according to some reports, have expanded the zone of control in the direction of Petropavlovka;
Aleksandro-Kalinovskoe direction:
There are battles on the approaches to Dzerzhinsk (Toretsk). Russian troops are pushing the enemy out of positions in Druzhba, Kirovo and Novgorod.
