Judy Note: As of Wed. 27 Aug. 2025 Kaitlynn Hunter remained in critical health and grave danger at the hands of her abductors, the Ohio Child Protective Services. A SWAT Team consisting of six police cars and 13 police abducted Kaitlynn and her mother Jeannine from their home on Tues.

Kaitlynn is a witness to other foster children’s rapes, beatings and disappearances in the hands of Ohio Foster Care. It is strongly believed CPS was preparing Kaitlynn and other foster care teens to enter an international Child Sex Trafficking Ring. Kaitlynn turns 18 on 12-12-2025, but with the health condition she is in, Jeannine fears for her life and safety, moment by moment. She needs to be in witness protection immediately and returned home.

 

On Tues. 26 2025 she was placed in juvenile detention after being ripped again from her home that she had run to from her abusive foster care where she was raped, tortured and beaten over seven years. Kaitlynn remains suffering from untreated head injuries from beatings and a year of starvation in foster care. CPS has put her in juvenile detention many times, and several six month stays in mental wards.

 

On Wed. 27 Aug. her mother Jeannine was charged in court with Obstructing Justice and Custody interference. She was released on her own recognizance with forced reported probation, ordered a mental health evaluation at a counseling (forcing more unnecessary costs). She was given a no contact order with Kaitlynn. She was given an order not to have any contact with CPS and not allowed on the property.

 

Kaitlynn was originally placed in foster care because she was being home schooled. Over seven years in foster care she has been a victim of inadequate schooling, beatings, rapes and starvation for a year where she lost 60 pounds. Kaitlynn attempted suicide three times while in Ohio Foster care.  Kaitlynn has run for her life to protect herself from rapes and severe physical and psychological abuse in which she was forced to live.

In court on Wed. the magistrate allowed everything CPS requested and nothing Jeannine requested, including a request to see the arrest warrant, which she claims has never been given to her.  Jeannine is going to demand a jury trial. Court is scheduled in November. Attorneys so far, won’t go against these guys. Jeannine has been working on the case, by herself.

Y. All Tom Fairbanks did was to spend much of his life gathering evidence on the Ritual Abuse of children in Utah. In early March 2024 he was arrested and placed in the Utah Weber County Jail. For what? The real reason for attacks on Tom appeared to be that the Powers That Be couldn’t afford to have someone with Tom’s very valid evidence of SRA cases to be running around unchecked. Fairbanks’ problems began when he decided to take his evidence of Satanic Ritual Abuse of children to share with Utah governmental powers. No sooner had he done so when a tsunami of problems began to plague his life including being poisoned and suffering years of court battles on made up cases.

Update Fri. 22 Aug. 2025:

I am in FCI Englewood waiting for oral arguments on appeal of my federal conviction for securities fraud. I was found guilty by a jury in a trial where my Federal Public Defenders called no witnesses to the stand, the Utah State Attorney General’s Office interfered with the only witness being called in my behalf, and the Federal Public Defenders presented very little physical evidence.

Following my conviction, the Utah State Attorney General filed a civil suit against me and a non-existent entity, by the Utah State Securities Commission in an administrative court to collect the restitution money awarded by the jury in my federal conviction, plus penalties for the State of Utah. After months of court filings and conference calls, the Commission filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On Thursday August 14, 2025, the Utah State Securities Commission held a public meeting to consider the Motion against me.

Months before my trial, and under suggestion of my Federal Public Defenders, I made two cashier’s checks: one directly payable to one “victim” and one payable to my personal civil attorney’s trust account until the Federal Public Defenders negotiated settlement with the other “victim.” An email was sent to inform all Federal Public Defenders of the payments, which I did not owe. They failed to negotiate settlement and never addressed the payments with the court or the jury at trial.

Now the judge for the Utah State Attorney General, who I originally appealed to for assistance and protection, is going to issue an order for default judgment, for a debt that wasn’t owed and yet was paid long before being found guilty by a tampered jury. It’s pretty ironic and just another example of a casualty of injustice, from the office of a man who railed on the corruption of his predecessors, during his election campaign.

Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.

I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam.
